We are already planning our next trip to Seattle and are really hoping this house is available. We have two toddlers and the house runs as a preschool throughout the year so you can imagine we were thrilled to be a place that was so kid friendly. We also loved the neighborhood. I really enjoyed being walking distance from basically everything you need. Can't wait to get back!

The house is in an ideal location and worked out very well for us. We appreciated the fenced in backyard as we were babysitting our granddaughter while we were staying there. I would recommend that you inform the owner prior to your arrival that you will need to use the second bedroom if you need it. The house is used as a preschool and the second bedroom is a classroom during the school year. Be aware the bed in the main bedroom is a double bed and a pretty tight fit for two adults. There is an inflatable queen mattress that can be provided. One last note. There is another tenant who rents an apartment in the basement. Not a problem, just be aware in case you hear them.

This cozy home is far more beautiful than the photos show. Amazing wood floors and just a great over-all vibe. And the location -- atop Queen Anne -- is excellent. We walked pretty much everywhere -- all over the neighborhood. A great place to land in a great Seattle location. And owner Chris was easy to work with from the get-go. Definitely recommend. Hope to return.
