AWESOME LOCATION FOR RACE TEAMS OR FANS! Upscale accommodations within 5 minutes of the Sebring International Raceway. This brand-newly constructed home is a modern farmhouse BARNDOMINIUM style with lots of character and plenty of sleeping space. There are 3 levels of living space including a living room loft with 4 super comfy built in bunks. There are Smart TVs in every bedroom. Large open kitchen with top high end appliances. Home sits on 10 acres with a gravel driveway, a pond with an inviting beach are, a creek running through the north end of the property and citrus groves along the back of the property. Enjoy BEAUTIFUL sunsets while cooking and dining or just relaxing on the back outdoor kitchen and living space!
There is a full court pickleball area with net, paddles and balls for use in the garage as well as half court basketball with balls in the garage.
(There is PLENTY of space for parking in the pull-through garage as well as outside.)

Great place to stay!
We stayed in this beautiful home because we were there on work. We had 8 people on my team and the property was very accommodating for that amount of people. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner when there was a question! Thanks for a great stay, we will definitely be back!
