"Nice space in a beautiful location. My only complaint would be the lack of human interaction. Checking in via the kiosk makes sense in this day and it’s priced cheaper accordingly. The free garage was a VERY nice feature; however, it is extremely tight so I hope you have a small car. It was fine for us but many others had challenges. Watching others try to park did give us concern for our vehicle because they couldn’t gauge the limited clearance."

"Ok. I stayed here around the 2nd week of September 2026 for 5 days. Everything about this place is wonderful. It has a nice view, the staff are wonderful and will check up on you and your needs, they have plenty of amenities and great location. Always had room service and they will clean up pretty well. The Col Raiser gondola is behind it so you already have one thing to do if you run out of things to do. Lol. Breakfast has a lot of selections, dinner is different every night. Sometimes a course meal, sometimes a buffet, it was really nice and as a solo traveler who don’t want to think about where to eat at night after I’ve done a lot of hikes in the morning, that was a good option to have. Shoutout to the servers Ricardo, Alejandro, and Antonio. I asked for employee’s name but forgot about some of them. The lady receptionist in the AM and the man in the PM is also wonderful as well as the chef they are all just pleasant people. Thank you again for making me feel welcomed."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel in an excellent location. This was part of a larger trip; so glad we decided to stay here. The customer service was very helpful; arranging several of our outings. As a guest you’re offered a discounted rate to many activities. We chose to have breakfast included and so glad we did. There were many local foods with loads of variety - from sweet treats to healthy options. The spa! What a wonderful place to unwind after a day of adventure. Thank you !!"

"Place is beautiful and has amazing views. Its near the town and close to all activities. Only negatives were walls are very thin and normal conversations could be heard from your neighbors. In addition there is NO air conditioning and no screens on windows."

"This stay was by far our favorite on our trip to Italy. It was away from the bustle with beautiful breathtaking views. Norbert and his sweet daughter Maria care so deeply for this property and my time getting to know them was such bonus. What a wonderful family. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but it didn't really matter because our stay was just magical. Thank you Maria you will always be a part of my heart."
