"Great location in Lincoln Park. Easy walk to several shops and restaurants. And about a 5 minute walk to the redline station (North/Clybourn). Very clean and quiet inside the unit. Building is very new. Room access through the Latch app is simple. I would definitely stay here again. The overall experience was excellent and my other guests would agree. "

"Elegant hotel. Turn down service was a nice touch. The gym is open 24 hrs, but after 8pm you have to wait for Security to let you in. That was annoying. Everything else was great. Thank you. "

"The staff were lovely. As it was our anniversary, we were given a beautiful room overlooking the water tower and the lake. The room was exceptional - the bath tub, huge! The hotel itself was within walking distance to almost everywhere - the lake, the river, the magnificent mile. There were cafes and restaurants very close by. We had a fantastic time in Chicago because of this! "
