"The was never any ice in the ice maker. Pool was ice cold. Continental Breakfast was just Yogurt and Bagels"

"We stayed here based on the reviews. There were many positive reviews and 2 negative ones. I doubt what the 2 negative reviews said. We had a very nice room. We stayed in room 18. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. As many times as I've driven by this Motel, I've never noticed it. This is a gem. I will stay here in the future when i visit West Branch. The Lady that owns it is very nice. She has owned it about a year and a half. You can tell she has put work into it... and will continue to. "

"The were very helpful and friendly, room was clean, plus it was pet friendly. Made it easy to take our fur baby, sh3 is very timid and doesn’t stay well with others."

"Went 1st week of Oct, we have been here many times in the summer. Wasn’t surprised that Tiki bar was closed but very surprised the inside restaurant and bar was closed on Sunday and Mondays now. This left us no choice but to leave for breakfast and to leave for dinner or a nightcap. Also was surprised to not have a microwave in our room. But still a great place to stay overall"
