"We just spent 10 days at the resort. It was a great time. The weather was awesome it was very HOT be sure to pack enough sunscreen we ran out and had to buy another. They sell in the gift shop and at the shops across the road right out the front gate. The rooms were clean and the bed was oh so comfy. Food had great variety from authentic Mexican to pizza burgers hot dogs and fries. I am sure everyone can find something to eat each day. The pool servers and bartenders did a great job of keeping the drinks flowing. The staff in all the restaurants and around the property were all so kind and smiling. They have a great group working there. The entertainment crew at the pool does a great job of keeping the music and the games going for some fun during the day. My only thing with them is I really feel they should be in bright exciting colors to identify them easily the grey and white seems drab for the fun crew. The ocean is great but it was strong somedays so be sure to keep little ones in arms reach. There were vendors on the beach not many and none were pushy a simple no thank you and they carried on. The shows in the theater were great. Only 1 hour long which was perfect to show off their talents and to enjoy after supper. We tried all 3 al a carte restaurants and all were delicious too. Great atmosphere and presentation at all 3. All in all it was a great stay and we have no problem coming back one day. Thank you for the wonderful vacation. "

"We had the pleasure of staying at the Niru Hotel for a week and had a Junior Suite with Ocean view. What a wonderful little gem – the Suite was delightful, with a small kitchen, a very comfy bed and a view to die for! The suites are large, very comfortable and squeaky clean – and, as a person with sleep issues, I slept like a baby the entire time! ( do tell us which kind of mattress you use please). We were on the top floor with just the skies above and endless views! The in-room coffee machines produce excellent coffee so you can sit on your deck to watch the sunrise with your caffeine in hand. First off, this hotel has the most wonderful staff! Thank you to Andy, Amado and Ulyses for the warm welcome, your guidance and smiling faces every day! Ulyses shared one of his favourite desserts with us, knowing I love sweet treats and we would go and visit him and Andy as often as we could to chat. Thank you Diana and Jessica for your kind help and assisting when I was feeling unwell. Thank you to Jose Manuel and Francisco for the many laughs during breakfast, you made every morning something to look forward to! (just need to get that espresso machine fixed which was down while we were visiting 😉). Ana, Istel, Magdalena took care of us for the dinners and made us many lovely cocktails in the evenings and cared for us well.
