Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en este hotel. La ubicación es excelente, el desayuno está bien y las instalaciones se mantienen limpias. El personal es atento y cuida los detalles.
Agradecí especialmente el gesto que tuvieron por mi cumpleaños y también el detalle antes de nuestra salida, son cosas que te hacen querer volver

La empleada en recepción no fue muy agradable al efectuar el checkinn, entendemos que al llegar en horas tempranas las habitaciones no estan listas, pero no vimos interes en acelerar la entrega de la habitación, ni informar acerca de visitas o tours en la ciudad, horas y lugar del desayuno incluido en la reserva, los demas empleados fueron muy correctos y atentos al solicitar ayuda o información,
