Staff was great and very responsive! Pool, hot tub and fire pit were nice. Rooms can use updating and definitely some better pillows. Would stay again.

It is all relative. A great option for the price point, while on a busy street, inside the room is quiet; the breakfast may not appear fancy but it has plenty of good optiins. The distance to uptown keeps it away from traffic congestion with good access it/out of Sedona. Our room was spacious and clean, everything worked, attention to some details would enhance perception (I.e. shower too short allowing water to splash out). Overall, a great option given Sedona’s above average lodging costs.

The good: The staff couldn't have been nicer. Extremely helpful and pleasant, both on the phone and in person. Breakfast, while simple, was very good and tasty. Enough choices for a place this size. In spite of appearing to be fully occupied and located on the main road, it was not noisy. It is very conveniently located and with a great view. The not-so-good: They don't service occupied rooms. This was a first for me on any stay, anywhere. Although they said they could clean if we asked. We noticed some neglect in the room: a couple of items left by prior guests and a drawer that wouldn't close - I found it easier for me to fix it than calling for someone to do it.

Room was pleasant. Had an accessible room for my husband. Bed was so low he needed help getting out. Refrigerator and micro were right on front of the bathroom door, so made it hard to get into with his walker. There was NO lounge chair, so my husband had to either sit on his walker or lay in bed. The only handicapped parking space was at the end of the row of rooms, so access was an issue.

We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately the noise is easily heard in the rooms, so other televisions on are heard easily through the walls, along with others walking outside and around your room. Besides the disrupted sleep the beds were nice.

Everything was mostly great about the property. Convenient, clean, etc. The only issue I had was I slipped and fell coming ofg the stairs. There was no mat down after the hail. Yet, they had one to enter the lobby. Why they have a ceramic walkway outside I don't know. I called to suggest someone put down a rubber mat and it wasn't done. No one asked if I was ok. No offer of a credit. Nothing.

The staff were so friendly and helpful with property and area tips. The rooms were clean, and the pool/hot tub/fire pit area was wonderful! We swam in the heated pool on a 39 degree night! Our balcony side had an amazing mountain view. Breakfast was included and was perfect. Loved it!
