This property was easy to find based on the detailed directions provided by the managing company and was located in a very convenient part of Sedona. The house was very clean and comfortable for three adults. I wish the television were simpler to use, not being familiar with ROKU setup, especially for senior citizens! We enjoyed our “sister’s trip this year in Sedona!

Comfortable and Clean Property

We loved this house. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect: Very close to the city center, yet was quiet and a short walk to a hike up Sugarloaf. Several large windows gave the property a spacious feel. We called the property managers with a question, and received a call back immediately. Highly recommended.

Great location to teacup and Sugarloaf trails

Well equipped kitchen and great location. My only suggestion is to put knobs on all of your bathroom and kitchen cabinets. If you stay for more than one week it gets frustrating to open cabinets that are not designed to be knobless. Shading and comfortable outdoor seating in the backyard would be a great additional feature.

The Grasshopper is a Cozy Place

We really enjoyed this house and it met all of our expectations. Upon arrival, one of the first things I noticed was that it was in a nice little quiet area and the neighborhood felt at peace. The outside of the house was really clean and a great cheerful color. Access to the house was easy enough and the host provided excellent communication through email and phone calls. Once entering into the house, I have to say that it was really inviting with the large windows, tall ceiling and cozy vibe. And it also had a really nice partial view from the backyard and the windows. I really loved opening the blinds with my coffee and checking out the red rocks view each morning there. The house was inviting and clean and smelled fresh. I like that it had a really nice size kitchen and even though we didn’t cook anything, it definitely seemed like everything was an available to be able to. And yay for a washer/dryer. Both were available and worked really well. The bedrooms and bathrooms were really large and comfortable and the host provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which was amazing because I left mine in the previous hotel while on this road trip. This house was in a great location for us and was a highlight on our trip. It was a midway point on our road trip and it was nice to be able to spread out and get comfortable for a few days. All in all, I really liked this house and would definitely recommend and consider staying at again when I travel back to Sedona.

Grasshopper review

Beautiful views through large open windows! Close to trails and shopping which made this an ideal location. Experienced a couple of hiccups like ants throughout the house and the coffee pot not working but management quickly responded and made it right! I’d definitely stay here again!

Great Place in Sedona

We love the property. The house was very well kept and we loved the views. Having the Red Rock pass was a nice surprise and much appreciated. My husband and I are retired and we have been to Sedona many times. We came with our youngest daughter and her dog. Having trails within walking distance was a bonus. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Retreat

Wow, what an amazing 5-day stay! From the moment we arrived, this peaceful home surrounded by stunning red rocks made us feel right at home. The location was perfect — we were just minutes from beautiful hiking trails (perfect for morning and evening walks with our dog), cozy shopping spots, crystal shops, and delicious restaurants. We even had food delivered, and it arrived super quickly without a hitch! The house itself? Immaculate. Every detail was thought of, making it easy to relax and unwind. The backyard was an absolute dream for our dog — plenty of space for him to stretch his legs and enjoy the great outdoors. We took advantage of the grill and cooked up some amazing steaks, which turned out perfectly.Honestly, the place looked just like the pictures — I wish I’d taken more photos to capture the beauty, but the listing is spot on. Between the peaceful surroundings, central location, and all the amenities we could ask for, this is one of my all-time favorite homes. We’ll absolutely be back! Highly recommend this peaceful retreat for anyone looking to enjoy all that Sedona has to offer

Very clean, quiet location and new furnishings.

We loved our stay here, and the house is better in real life than in the photos. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and so many birds visited the yard. The house was very clean, with new dishes and brand-new small appliances and new mattresses. Plenty of supplies (dish soap, trash bags, sponge, etc.) and full-size bottles of soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion in every bathroom. The bedding was nice and the towels were bath sheets. :) The sofa sleeper had a nice foam mattress. The only drawback was that the house only has one shower, which was a problem when four people were trying to get out of the house for an early appointment. Just so you know, if you bring dogs, the yard is not fully enclosed. There is a hose at the house, which we had to use after a super muddy hike with the dogs. We would definitely stay here again!
