Lots of space very clean! Only thing I disliked is all the doors have to remain closed ie bedroom doors and living area door

Apartment decent but Dreams try to renege on check in and out times despite evidence of bookings and hard to contact on phone.

This was the loudest unkept property I have ever stayed in. The coach was broke down the people party all night long. The window in the restroom was broken. The toilets was clogged. The streets was packed no place to park. you could not contact anyone on theyre phone it just rang and rang. Very unprofessional. Not happy.

Ne louez pas cet endroit!!! Si je pouvais mettre un 0/5, je l’aurais fait! Nous sommes arrivés dans l’appartement et premièrement, ce n’est pas l’appartement que nous avions booké. L’appartement était très sale, comme si le ménage n’avait pas été fait. Pleins de traces de pas de terre sur le plancher de la cuisine et la salle de bain, la toilette encore sale, les draps non changés, les poubelles ne sont pas vidées, etc. Nous avons essayé d’appeler la « réception » en voulant avoir d’autres draps et une balayeuse pour le faire nous-mêmes, mais c’est un garde de sécurité qui nous répond en disant qu’il ne peut rien faire. Hotel médiocre et hôte non disponible. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

It was a great property but it was not the property I booked and I was not notified regarding the change of location which was a bit shocking

The apartment was beautiful and pretty central however, it’s not the apartment we booked. The day of check in we got an email to say we had been moved location. We didn’t really want to go to this one because we had heard stories of it being party central. It was certainly that. My husband booked this for me as a relaxing night away after what has been an unbelievably stressful year and it was ruined by people partying, arguing and cops showing up. I won’t stay here again.

Didn't stay at the property reserved due to a scheduling issue but the management made things right and placed us in an upscale studio apartment on Dublin street called the Gallery. Excellent view with a full kitchen, parking was a challenge though. Much better than if we had stayed at a local Hotel for the rate and experience, very satisfied!

Please be aware there is a £200 deposit to be paid

There is a £200 deposit required that is not made known until you arrive / just before you arrive at the property. The staff make no effort to waive this or accommodate you or indeed apologise for not making it known when booking. For a single night in very average accommodation its something that would put me off ever staying there again. An Aparthotel with warm friendly staff, good service and a welcoming atmosphere it is not. It felt somewhat like somewhere where you would stay overnight if you were on jury duty. I've only ever seen that on TV but you get the idea.... there is no warm fuzzy feeling here, and talking with the staff makes you feel like you've definitely chosen the wrong place

Website is note truthfull

Booked the room for the night. The website stated there is a 24 hr front desk to check in...I wasn’t able to check in till 11pm. When I got there everything was locked up and knowone answered the front door... I tried to phone the after hours phone numbers on the door but knowone answered and was forced to walk away and find another place.

As I was staying in a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor near the front door, occasionally you could smell the smoke from those smoking at the front door. Besides this overall it was a nice stay. I checked in with Kelly who was extremely helpful and friendly.

Friendly, comfortable apartments

Fantastic modern apartments. Service upon checking in was very friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself is furnished well with good kitchen facilities. The surrounding area is very close to the centre of Belfast with shops, pubs, and places to eat should you not fancy cooking yourself. Parking around the roads near to the apartments was street parking but easy and stress free despite it being a busy main road. A lovely stay all in all
