Great location, close to everything. Location felt derelict when entering, but 68 is close to the outside of the neighborhood and is easy to access and exit.

Lovely apartment with easy check-in. Did require photo ID and a deposit, however refunded pretty quickly after check-out. Otherwise had a pleasant stay in a modern, clean, thoughtful place.

Convenient!

Nice clean, cosy apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Easy to get to a comfortable temperature. Very convenient for visiting the city, localed midway between the Botanic Gardens/Belfast Museum and the City Centre.

There was a bottle of wine, some chips, some coffee and sugars to get you started on your vacation. The neighbors below and to the side were quiet. Tesco Express is just around the corner. Located at the City Center with the things we had planned to do so walking everywhere worked. The property was clean.

Moldy Bathroom; otherwise good

Fabulous location but the unit itself needs some work, particularly in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the window shade is covered in mold so couldn't roll it down for privacy, and the bathtub is mold heaven. Not sure what the brown/bloody looking ooze was that was dripping from the tile, but it was gross. And the bottom of the bathtub skirt was not actually attached to the floor, so water just soaked right under there and sat. no way to clean it. so there has to be so much mold in there. The rest of the place is fine and worked great for our stay.

A very clean and tidy apartment in a great location. Just a minutes walk from shops, restaurants and bars. Well equipped and spacious with good heating. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for a visit to Belfast. We loved the location- quiet, within walking distance of restaurants, and safe. Very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Pictures and reviews very deceiving

This place was nothing like the pictures and reviews I have read . Very deceiving . I have lots of examples but unfortunately there isn’t enough room in the space provided to give them. Let me just say the place was very weathered, small and overpriced. While the sheets were clean and the beds where comfortable there was a lot of evidence that the place wasn’t cleaned properly . You could tell the cleanings were a quick lick over . There was a lot of emphasis on giving them a 5 star review and not enough emphasis on making it a 5 star apartment. There’s a smart hub in the apartment where they want you to give them a good review with a chance of winning an amazon gift card. After check out I received an email basically asking for a 5 star review and if I did so I would get 10% off any further stays . They also added that if I had anything bad to say not to do it on this site but to them . I wrote the manager and and heard nothing back. This is my second attempt at posting a review so it’s not as detailed. Submitted last one and it didn’t go through and I had to start again.

The property was in excellent condition; tidy, clean and smelt really fresh. The owners were incredible with their correspondence, very quick to respond to any question and very helpful. The property itself, was lovely set in a residential area but minutes (walking) from the city centre. Make use of the attraction tickets that they offer!

Loved the contemporary decor. Lots within walking distance so helpful having an assigned parking place right by the apt. Well equipped for short or even a longer stay. Dave was very responsive and helpful.

Fantastic place to stay!

The apartment was in a great location, very central with a short walk into the centre. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with lots of added extras such as hair straighteners, Netflix and a bottle of wine on arrival!

Best Belfast apartment ever!

On arrival me & my family were met by a nice young man called Dave. Very welcoming and very helpful with things to do in Belfast. Beautiful apartment, close to the city and shops and highly recommend to anyone looking at staying in Belfast. The kids loved the chocolate bread and the complimentary bottle of wine was a great welcoming touch, even though I didn't stay long enough to drink it! Wish we had stayed for a week! Two days wasn't long enough! Dave you take customer service to another level! Blessings! and oh another thing......Loved the use of the tablet & laptop!
