I had a booking with them which was confirmed. When I arrived there the manager said there's no booking even tho I showed him proof. He just didnt want to know and said you have to pay me £67 and thats not including the breakfast. To me he was trying to con me he was very arrogant didnt want to help me. I would never go there or recommend them to this hotel.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Very disappointing experience. I arrived at the hotel with a confirmed reservation, but the staff initially refused to provide my room and I had to contact Expedia to resolve the issue. I was left waiting and had a very stressful experience. My booking stated that breakfast was included, but I did not receive breakfast at all. The staff service and communication were also very disappointing. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Die Sauberkeit muss deutlich verbessert werden. Nach 6 Monaten reisen eine der dreckigsten Unterkünfte. Der Pool war eigentlich ganz schön.
