if you get a room 9, 10, 11 or 12 you will be walking up 4 flights of stairs so ask for a lower floor if you do want to not do that. I had room 10, which was on the back and it was super quiet. In fact when I opened the window, the birds were singing in the morning, which was very cool. "

He was friendly, respectful, anticipated our needs and ensured we knew what was available to us. He ensured we were happy with our stay and time in the lounge. Don't think he could have been better! "First time in this Düsseldorf hotel and it was an excellent experience. I will definitely stay again. Friendly, helpful staff and reception. Room was super clean and fresh, best bed linen and pillows I've had for a long time (and I'm a frequent traveller). I didn't try the breakfast as I'm not a morning food person and €23 per person seemed expensive. Well done to all the team, it was a wonderful stay. "
