"The Staff were extremely helpful. We got a pot of coffee and tea upon our arrival. The staff also gave us two umbrellas in case we go out in the city and it starts raining. On the day of the checkout, we requested some to-go breakfast and they happily complied. They packed us extra pair of sandwich and a cup full of fruits and some whole fruits as well. Could not have asked for more. Thank You Carnation Rest"

"This hotel is just amazing, the views from the rooms is second to none. The service is so good from the minute you arrive, they welcome you and make you feel at home. The beds are super comfortable & the amenities are great. Location is perfect as it’s right by little Adam peak and not far from the Ella town. One of our highlights was going up Adam peak & Ella rock with the in house naturalist - Gaya. He was absolutely brilliant and helpful in not only guiding us, but also showing us all the natural wildlife in the area along the way. He was so helpful and kind, and we would recommend anyone going for one of the excursions with him!"

"we had a lovely time in Galway Heights. We really liked the location in a small rural road close to a hindu temple and small village and in the tea plantations. Breakfast was very nice, and the staff very attentive. The only grievance was the lack of elevator. We would definitely recommend this."
