    This modern furnished, 160m² holiday apartment is only 7 minutes walk from the old town of Trogir. The nearest beach is only 0.5 km from the property.

    The apartment has use of a huge private terrace (34m2) with garden furniture and sunshade, a communal garden (800m2), a paved yard (70m2) and an outdoor self-standing grill-house. 3 parking spaces are available. There also is a playground for children.

    The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a three-storey family house. The owner lives on the first floor, the second floor of the building is not occupied.

    It is fully equipped and it's been recently renovated (2015). It offers 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to seven persons: the 1st bedroom has a double bed and view to the Cathedral of St.Lawrence, the 2nd bedroom has a double bed plus 1 single bed and exit to the terrace. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed and view to the garden. There is a long hallway, 1 bathroom (bathtub, brand new washing machine, hair dryer, free toiletries), an excercise/ childrens' playroom, and a spacious living room (TV Sat, Air Conditioning, stereo), a brand new kitchen (dish washer, kettle, oven etc.). Wi-Fi is included in the rental fee.

    The property is situated in very quiet and safe neighbourhood, surrounded by family houses. Everything needed for a pleasant stay is just around the corner. Trogir has a high concentration of palaces, churches, and towers, and in 1997 was inscribed in the UNESCO World Heritage List. You can take a guided tour and learn all about the history or you can take a walk on your own. The town is very small, so I would advise you to try to get lost. You will stumble across many interesting things: Village Seget, a fishermen small town, is just a 15 minutes walk or 10 minutes away from city center, if you take a taxi boat. Village Seget is a recreational center for the city. It is also the setting for numerous beaches, jogging trails and walking paths, all surrounded by the scenic forest.

    2 bicycles are available free of charge. Children and pets are very welcome.

The best of the best

We are a family of seven traveling from the US. This stop was our second in a three week costal Croatia trip. Ugo and his wife, Lydia are the BEST. They welcomed us with a tour of their home and gardens, wine, and conversation. Our kids loved spending time exploring the gardens and being outside. The town of Trogir was a quick three minute walk and may have been our favorite Croatian town. Ugo picked fresh veggies and potatoes for us, tuned bikes for our kids to ride to town, and helped us start a fire in his grill house. These two are the kid you add to your Christmas card list. The beds, house, and gardens were clean and welcoming. The house was the cleanest and most comfortable. We would100% stay here again. Thanks, Ugo!
