Private: small terraced garden, 25 m2 (fenced) with lawn. Shower/WC in the pool area, hot tub, terrace, barbecue. In the house: hot tub (all included), spa area. Parking at the house. Shop 500 m, grocery 500 m, supermarket 23 km, restaurant 50 m, bar 50 m, bakery 200 m, 1 minute walk to the centre. On the lower ground floor: (steep stair) with shower/bidet/WC and hydro massage bath. Exit to the terrace. Upper floor: 1 open room with panoramic window with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/bidet/WC. Electric heating, gas heating, air-conditioning. Natural stone floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Marvellous view of the valley, the countryside and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, safe, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. A natural stone staircase leads down from the living room to the wellness area with a large hydro massage bath in the natural stone vaulted cellar of the house.
