"The staff at Zabel are absolutely amazing—they genuinely try to make your stay comfortable. That said, getting to the hotel is no joke: there are a ton of stairs. "This location is undoubtedly at the heart of Mardin and offers a central and convenient setting. However, parking is a significant challenge, especially on weekends, and I would recommend visiting on weekdays if possible. The facility is in need of maintenance, particularly the bathroom, which was not in acceptable condition during my visit. Overall, while the location is excellent, the lack of proper parking and upkeep detracts from the experience."
