Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Fernão Ferro. La maison est parfaite pour 4 personnes et offre tous les équipements nécessaires. L’emplacement est calme et nous avons pu profiter de la piscine qui est un vrai plus de cette maison. Enfin nous tenons à remercier Anaëlle pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité tout au long de ce séjour. Anaëlle a répondu a toutes nos interrogations très rapidement. Nous recommandons cette maison !

Alles in allem ein schönes Anwesen in einer angenehmen Gegend. Für Familienurlaub sehr geeignet, man ist relativ schnell in Lissabon und ebenso in Sesimbra und hat einen Rückzugsort. In der Umgebung gibt es alles was man braucht, von diversen Supermärkten, Spielplätzen bis hin zum Baumarkt (Dazu später). Pro: -Location -sauber-relativ rasche Kommunikation mit dem ManagementContra: -diverse Hunde in der Umgebung die gerne mitten in der Nacht laut waren.-Badehandtücher kosten extra -wir hatten etwas Stress bezüglich der Zufahrt/Eingangs aber vielleicht liegt es an uns?Unser Hauptproblem: das automatische Zufahrtstor ging an Tag 2 nicht mehr zu. Nach Inspektion (durch mich) stellte sich raus, dass der Torstopper der mittig am Boden befestigt war am Unterboden unserer Mietautos (A-Klasse) hängen geblieben und rausgerissen ist. Nach 4 Tagen offenem Tor wurde das dann in unserer Abwesenheit repariert, jedoch ohne dass wir wussten, dass es wieder intakt sei. Bei unserer Rückkehr, riss das Teil wieder raus, obwohl wir extrem langsam über den Randstein fuhren. Uns wurde dann gesagt, dass die erste "sehr teure Reparatur" (100 Euro) vom Eigentümer getragen würde, die zweite müssen wir zahlen, weil es unsere Schuld sei. Mir wurde netterweise erlaubt, es selber zu reparieren, wenn ich das könne (hab früher auf dem Bau gearbeitet, jetzt bin ich Unfallchirurg, ich kenne mich ganz gut mit Schrauben aus). Sagen wir mal so: Materialkosten 3 Euro, Reparaturzeit 20 min.
