One of the most beautiful stays I’ve experienced. Our room had a perfect view of the Seixal Bay. The rooms and amenities were very clean and well maintained. I would definitely come back to Upon Harbor if I visit Portugal again.

A really beautiful, brand new, modern hotel with stunning views. Just a relaxed 20mins ferry ride to Lisbon but the hotel is so well equipped with self catering apartments, rooftop pool and gym you may be tempted just to stay put and enjoy the scenery.

The hotel is beautifully placed on the bay with quick access to everything, ferries, busses, highways, boardwalk. The staff is awesome. Polite and helpful.

The rooms were beautiful spacious great view of the bay. The room was like an apartment, with all the amenities and more. It had a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, pots, pans dishes anything you would need to cook a great meal. The staff were wonderful, they made sure to make beds daily remove trash and provided clean towels. I will be back with family.

Good property and location, a lot of mosquitoes once you step outside. Ok food selection at hotel restaurant and quality is good. Awesome bartenders and waiters. Helpful front desk. Pluming needs work.

I had a very pleasant stay at Upon Harbor – Seixal Bay Hotel. The room was beautiful, spacious, and had a huge terrace, which I especially loved. The pool bar was also a highlight — the burgers were absolutely excellent. The staff did a wonderful job throughout my stay: friendly, attentive, and professional. The only thing I would personally change is the bedding. I would much prefer natural pillows and duvets instead of synthetic ones, as I think this would better match the overall quality and comfort of the hotel. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and a lovely place to stay.

The hotel is in a great location if you want to be out of the buzz of Lisbon with the nearby ferry a 25 min walk or 5 min uber/bolt. The room was amazing and I had a beautiful bay view along with a huge balcony! The breakfast was great each day with slight variety on some of the hot items although was glad the scrambled eggs were daily. The staff were so helpful fixing my safe in my room and being so warm on my late arrival, and luckily all spoke English really well so if concerned do not fret. The restaurant was nice it’s tapas style but delicious and the room was kept clean daily and if looking to save do not forget the kitchen you get in the room!

The hotel was amazing from the moment of arrival, with friendly and very welcoming staff. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and had everything you could possibly need for a few days' stay. The food and bar staff were helpful, and the food was good with plenty of variety to satisfy everyone. The outside area was great, clean, and inviting. I recommend it and will definitely go back.

The hotel is brand-new and is exceptional. Good breakfast, good cook/diner, very nice rooms and lovely view from the room. Swimming pool on the roof. I can't think of anything which isn't good. Within a 10 minute walk you'll arrive at the port where you can take a boat to Lisbon in 20 minutes.

First time out the country! As black women, we felt so safe and accepted there! The cleaning ladies don’t speak English but the front desk and some of the restaurant workers do if you need help with anything. The rooftop was my favorite!

Wonderful apartment in an aparthotel with very friendly and responsive personnel. There is a private parking for a small fee, but the parking on the street is also possible (just in front of the property). Breakfast is available.

This is a beautiful fairly new property. The views over the bay are memorable, as are the sunsets. Roof top pools are very good although quite shallow and a handrail would be useful on the pool entry steps. I witnessed several people struggling to get in and out. Some had to have help. A handrail would solve the problem. The front entrance has similar issues. Again a handrail would help. There is a slope at far end of building , but it is not obvious and perhaps should be sign posted. This a four or five star premises, The major let down is the lack of evening food and bar on Sunday and Monday which I would not normally expect from a high star rested property. If this is to continue staff at check in, need to be more helpful with recommending suitable places to go, hence my staff rating. I will be back but will avoid Sunday and Monday, which will limit my stay. Highly recommended, just avoid Monday or Sunday unless you have researched other places to eat or drink. Alternatively the local Lidl will supply cheap food and drink but close at Nine o'clock.

We recently stayed at the Upper Harbor Hotel for a city trip to Lisbon, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Since the hotel had only been open for about three months when we arrived, everything felt incredibly fresh and modern. ​Location & Logistics ​The hotel’s location is a major plus if you want to avoid the chaos of city traffic. ​The Ferry Connection: It is about a 20-minute walk to the docks, where you can catch a 10-minute ferry directly into the center of Lisbon. ​No Car Needed: Parking in central Lisbon is notoriously difficult, so utilizing the ferry is much more convenient. ​The hotel does offer an underground parking area for an additional cost, but there is more than enough space around the hotel for free. This is an apart-hotel, so the rooms are exceptionally large and well-equipped: Our room included a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a large TV. While the IT team was still finalizing the "casting" features (Netflix, etc.) during our stay, the hardware is all top-tier. ​The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. It features a massive walk-in shower. Ironically, it’s almost too big—the shelf for shampoo is a few steps away from the water, which isn't the most practical layout, but it is certainly spacious. ​Breakfast: A standout feature! It provided a full spread with everything you could possibly need to start

Lovely hotel. We chose this because it fitted our price range as we were in Portugal for a cheerleading competition in Lisbon. I would definitely stay here again. The pool was fantastic the food was delicious comfy beds staff great. I hope the price stays affordable so we can come back next year.
