Please stay away from this property! We booked Presidential Suite for three nights, which is supposed to be the premium room, however had to check out after the first day due to the conditions of the room and the hotel. The towels were smelly and we had to ask them to be replaced. The mattress sheets and pillow covers all had stains. Bath tub was stained in yellow color. We ordered dinner, which was below average, and the breakfast was worse. The little amount of butter they brought tasted like margarine and the scrambled eggs were just tasting oil. Ocean view is pretty but that is all there is, and Lombok has many beautiful views all around. Wawan, the hotel manager, was trying to compensate the hotel’s shortcomings with his kind attitude, but the lack of cleanliness and quality food is beyond repair with goodwill. Save yourself time, money and peace of mind, and look elsewhere. There are many better options at lower prices.

All the things that you mentioned was addressed to the staff and it was immediately acted upon even before you checked out, as we pride ourselves as one of the hotel with highest rating in South Lombok. Having been fortunate to have stayed in numerous hotels, hostels and guesthouses across the world I can say that 7 Havens is the best. The stand-out things are: the spectacular view, the rooms, the location, the access to services, being transported around, the food and most importantly Julia! Julia went far and beyond to make our stay great but also solve our transport issues, including paying for our last minute flights on her own card (as the airline would only accept an Indonesian card). It was beyond 5-star service. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful location on top of a hill with a very broad view of the surrounding area and the ocean. Nice and cosy boutique hotel with just 4 rooms. Our room had floor to sealing windows all over making the best of the view. Breakfast was served right outside the room where the common infinity pool is, all facing the ocean. What made the experience at the hotel excellent were the staff, always with a smile and willing to help us with everything. Thank you Maria, Jimmy, Ardi and all the other staff!

Stunning Panorama and great service
Amazing views from the room and the pool deck/balcony. Helpful and friendly staff and super close to one of the most beautiful and still secluded beaches in lombok

We had a wonderful time at Seven Havens! The villa was amazing. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond. We would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway in a tranquil part of Lombok. You are further away from the main touristy area, which adds to the charm of the place. A great place to just chill and leave all your troubles behind.

adequate short stay
Location was great, had seaview and near the beach, Breakfast served fresh and tasty and the service staff attended to all of our queries including getting there from another resort, booking of SPA and traveling to guta town. However the premium furniture looks like it has seen better days and overall a tad pricey for the amount of personal space given. Hope this resort gets refreshed or an upgrade as the location is serene.

We stayed at Seven Havens Residence from the 12th to the 17th of May 2019 and it was a unique experience. We stayed in the beautiful single villa with a private infinity pool and separate bathroom. Unfortunately, the orientation of the room does not allow the sun to directly hit the patio and the pool area therefore we were unable to sunbathe and worst of all the pool was always very cold. Nevertheless, we still had a partial view of the Selong Belanak Beach and the surrounding hilltop view from the villa was breathe taking. The staff was amazing and their personal service was warm and attentive. In addition, the food was unique and tasty however the portion sizes could be a bit bigger. The rooms were always fresh and clean and the WIFI was really good. There were the local monkeys around the property and Selong Belanak Beach was a 10 minute walk from the residence. It was a delightful experience and we would definitely recommend it

The pool villa is perfect for honeymoon! The bathroom leads to direct access to infinity pool with a beautiful mountain view.

Beautiful Room with a View
Seven Havens has probably the best view I’ve ever had in a hotel room. The service was incredible and everyone was courteous and helpful. The team definitely went over and above to make sure that we had a great trip.

Breathtaking view and very accommodating staff
Amazingly beautiful hotel at the top of a hill where there is a beautiful view of the ocean, mountains, and rice paddies. Being at the top of the hill, it was breezy and never too hot (in June anyhow). Julia, the manager, was incredibly helpful and arranged everything for us (transportation, meals, laundry, etc.) The chef was very willing to accommodate our vegan diet and the food was very good. The area is not very developed and there is only one other hotel nearby, so if you are looking for a more authentic experience (less development, few Western tourists) then I definitely recommend this place! Of course, because it is undeveloped, there are a lot of wild macaques (monkeys) on the property and tarantulas and geckos in the room (which I loved, but maybe not everyone would). The beach is a 15 minute walk (up the steep driveway on the way home but otherwise an easy walk) and has some bars and restaurants as well as surf lessons. The beach (Selong Belanak) is a bit rough for swimming, but good for beginner surf lessons, wading, and sunbathing.

Great views and cozy
The staff are approachable and helpful. Service was excellent. They contacted me once I made to booking to help with pickup arrangements. It's 20 minutes from Kuta by car but Selong Belanak bay is a beauty on its own. If you prefer intimate places, this is it. There are only 3 rooms built into a hillside. Julia, the resort manager, is always on hand to assist you with anything from cutlery to car rentals.

Modern Villa with Panoramic View, Wonderful stay!!
We loved this new modern villa with well thought-out arrangements. The view from the villa, the panoramic view to the south Lombok sea with the surrounding green hills was sepctacular... , it was so beautiful and relaxing...Rooms were beautifully designed, spacious and comfortable.. Julia, the villa manager made us feel like we were in our summer home and the staff was just so nice and sweet... Food was really goof, both western and Indonesian, I loved the yummy Nasi Goreng. We rode the mopeds with staff to the beach where my daughter took surfing lessons, the beach is 5 minutes walk down from the villa and this beach has powder white sand.. I regretted not tasting the BBQ sweet corns locals were cooking on the beach... We saw farmers walking their buffalos on the beach... (see the attach photos) We loved staying at this villa and we are planning to visit again in the near future. Lombok is a big island, I think there are so much to be explored... Enjoy!

Fantastisk utsikt med fantastisk service
Wow vilket ställe nära en underbar strand dit de kör dig och hämtar dig i hotellets bil. Det är inte långt men det är en ordentligt brant backe upp till hotellet sista biten så den tjänsten med fri hämtning på stranden var utmärkt. När du simmar i poolen har du en enorm utsikt över hav, risfält och berg. Vi bodde första natten i sviten som heter Heavenly Havens, det är så värt att lägga till för detta rum, tyvärr var det bokat de andra nätterna men det andra rummet var också bra men sviten var något extra med två våningar och jätte stor balkong med egna solsängar.

7 Heaven is a very family-run, top located accommodation on the most beautiful beaches of Lombok. The manager Julia Maria and her team focus on the guest with all the rules of the art. Here every wish is read from the eyes. Extremely professional and absolutely recommendable.

This was the best accommodation we have had on our Java/Lombok/Bali trip. Even the 5* hotels we stayed at cannot compete with this amazing place. If you are looking for a small hotel with a lot of privacy and the most stunning views, go for this one. We also loved the free shuttle service the hotel offers down to the beach and back up anytime you want to go!

Just perfect
The view is extraordinary! We had the villa with its own pool which was just perfect. We couldnt find one bad thing to say about this hotel/villa. One thing to point out: every single person from the staff was super friendly and so helpful! They really do go the extra mile to make your stay wonderful. You can even rent a scooter directly at the hotel for a fair price of 75.000 IDR per day! We had an awesome time and can fully recommend this hotel!

Die tolle Lage mit atemberaubender Aussicht auf das Meer und tollen Sonnenuntergängen sowie das nette Team mit aufmerksamem Service haben wir sehr genossen! Ein wahrer Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen. Einziger Verbesserungspunkt ist das Wifi, das nur eingeschränkt funktioniert.

Perfect Holiday ever!
Everything was perfect. All Staff was really kind and friendly accomodation is perfectly nice and clean also got breathtaking view. Pool is really good. Food also delicious too! I’ll definitely come back again!

景緻很棒。泳池很棒。值得推薦。
我們一家大小都很喜歡Seven Havens Residence，服務人員很親切，經理Julia給了我們很多的諮詢建議，司機ArSam也幫助我們附近地點交通的接送，對於初次來到龍目島的我們來說，非常的有助益，停留的期間恰是雨季，因為面海房的關係，半夜風雨挺大的。整體來說，景緻非常的棒，無邊際泳池非常的美，偶而出現的猴子很可愛，是個值得體驗的住宿地點。建議：熱水器的供水量要再調整。

Wir verbrachten insgesamt 4 Tage in Seven Havens Residence und haben jeden einzelnen davon genossen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der erstklassige Service der Unterkunft. Sehr gutes Essen konnte zu jeder Tageszeit zu einem geringen Preis bestellt werden, welches vom Privatkoch zubereitet wurde. Auch ein kostenloser Shuttle Service wurde in der Umgebung der Anlage angeboten. Die Managerin war kompetent und konnte jede unserer Fragen mit einem lächeln auf dem Gesicht beantworten. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben um den einzigartigen Blick in mitten der wilden Natur länger genießen zu können.

Dies ist eine der schönsten Unterkünfte in der wir je waren. Der unglaubliche Ausblick vom Pool und Zimmer ist atemberaubend. Die Inhaberin, Managerin und die Angestellten sind super freundlich und erfüllen einem jeden Wunsch, auch Wäsche wird kostenlos gewaschen. Auch das Frühstück und Abendessen war super lecker. Die Strände sind genial und die Umgebung landschaftlich ein Traum. Jeden Nachmittag kommen kleine Äffchen an den Pool zum trinken und spielen auch das ist ein Erlebnis. Jeder der diese Unterkunft wählt wird begeistert sein.

Many gecko around you, even in room (ceiling and chair). Excellent infinite pool view up on the mountain, hotel manager and staff are super nice. they provide motor bike shuttle to the beach. Delicious food, quiet cause not many room, good for relax. Feeling like staying in nature.

Grandiose Aussicht in modernem Boutique-Ambiete
Das Seven Havens hat uns super gefallen. Eine wahre Oase der Ruhe. Durch seine Lage auf einem kleinen Berg hat man eine einzigartige Aussicht auf den Strand und die Reisfelder von Selong belanak. Das Hotel verfügt über 3 Zimmer und strahlt eine familiäre Atmosphäre aus. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten das Glück neben der klasse Managerin auch die Inhaberin dieses kleinen Paradieses kennenzulernen. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr stylisch und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben im Zimmer Haven of serenity übernachtet. Eine riesige Fensterfront sorgt hier für eine atemberaubender Aussicht. Wer nach Bali eine etwas ruhigere, weniger touristische Ecke zum entspannen sucht ist hier genau richtig. Der Strand von Selong Belanak ist wunderschön sauber und noch, nicht so überlaufen, für Surfanfänger absolut zu empfehlen. Auf Wunsch bietet das Hotel einen Shuttleservice an. Wir sind zu Fuß in 10 Minuten am Strand gewesen. Auch das Essen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man hat uns sogar unsere Wäsche gewaschen. Vielen Dank! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen wieder.
