The well-equipped holiday apartment "Große Gartenwohnung Haus Forelle" is located right on the ski slope in Selva di Val Gardena, making it ideal for a family ski holiday. It’s also close to the nature park, making it a perfect summer destination.
The 60 m² apartment features a living room with a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with an extra single bed), a bathroom, and a separate guest WC, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a safe, and cable/satellite TV. A baby cot is available on request. The private garden with seating and sun loungers offers panoramic mountain views, and you can access the Sellaronda ski area directly from the house. Explore the Dolomiti Superski region in winter or enjoy hiking and cycling in summer. The center of Selva di Val Gardena is just a few minutes away by bus, with the stop only 20 m from the property. Shops, cafés, bars, restaurants, and a tennis court are nearby. Bolzano, South Tyrol’s vibrant capital, is an hour’s drive west.
