It is particularly ideal for families with children, as 100 m away there is a children playground with small soccer and basketball field, as well as the ice rink. The house is ideal for hiker of all levels, as the hiking paths do start just behind the house. Just few steps from the house you will find the grocery store and the first restaurants, as well as the Nives square. The property comes with 1 outdoor parking place, ski deposit, washing machine, Wi-Fi, linen and towels for free use.Pets not allowed. Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots.
