Cozy one-bedroom apartment with balcony and mountain view, ideal for up to 2 persons.



This spacious apartment is made of a double room with satellite TV, a separate living room with balcony access, separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower.



The furnished balcony boasts an amazing view of the Dolomites and it is particularly sunny, due to its Southern exposition.



The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, oven, cooking plate, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more.



The apartment is set on the second floor, accessible by stairs only.



Wi-Fi, towels and linen are included.

Sal Feur Apartments offer comfortable apartments in Selva Val Gardena town center, only 100 m from the Nives children slopes, connected directly with the Sellaronda, pearl of the Dolomiti Superski ski resort. The perfect position for Winter and Summer holidays in the Dolomites.

In Winter you will be able to reach the ski slopes of the Nives/Sella Ronda by walking only 100 meters, same distance for returning.



In Summer you will have the hiking paths just beside the house, leading you to the majestic Dolomites, UNESCO Natural Heritage.



The central position allows you to have restaurants, bars, groceries, shops and much more in walking distance.



Directly in the same building you will find the well-known restaurant pizzeria Sal Feur, featuring a café as well. Famous for its local delicacies, it is the best option for breakfast, lunch and dinner.



This holiday rental has an own outdoor parking, free Wi-Fi, ski deposit and on request also a washing machine.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.

Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in

Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).

It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.

Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.

If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.

The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked. This will not even affect the limit of your credit card!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et cet appartement. Très bien équipé, très calme, très confortable. D'une propreté irréprochable. Commerces et parking à proximité, et très bien situé pour découvrir les Dolomites. Un balcon très agréable pour profiter de la vue exceptionnelle et partager la douceur du soir. A faire !
