Upon check in staff asked if we paid for the room already. It was paid earlier but we had to proof it, staff didnt have the record. Room was mixed up, we did not get the 2 queen beds requested for. Room was infested with big black ants. Cleanliness is poor. Facilities were a bit old and not in good working order. Some staff were friendly, try to be helpful, quickly gave us a big can of shieldtox for the bugs. Overall, will not come again.
