Paid a great price for our first night in Florida. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. Staff not particularly friendly but great stop for getting over jetlag. For one night it was fine. Entrance to carpark awkward to find. Could do with better signage. Don't follow the sat nav as the entrance it takes you to is fenced off.

Staff was great. .room was outdated, furniture was chipped, bathroom tile was broken..and tried to repair.... just not what i expected from a Melia Hotel. Great front staff and bar tender, pool area very nice.

It truly felt like home. The communal area had everything we needed and then some. Coffee tea soda beer wine snacks. Comfy and cozy.

Was planning on staying for only one night then woke up an hour before checkout and decided we wanted to stay again. All staff was extremely friendly and managed to get us a new room on the same floor in barely an hour! They accommodated us so well and it was very clean. The king suite was absolutely amazing and the normal king was great as well. Tons of fun stuff to do super close by and overall it was an amazing stay. Thank you Hilton!
