Staff were very friendly and helpful but with inevitable language issues. Front of house - lobby and restaurant were beautiful and grounds were lovely. Villa was serviceable and would have been amazing in its prime but was well overdue for some TLC. However we did get it at a very good price so I'm not discounting that other Villas are of a higher standard. It was a bit disappointing that with a lot of scooters to hire, they were only available on a daily rate. We wanted half day. Also the masseuse was brutal! But then again maybe we are just soft... But was still an enjoyable stay.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom green villa for 9nights. Loved the little pool. Aircon was nice and cold. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Tv stopped working and was replaced within half an hour. Great options for breakfast and ate multiple items off the menu during our stay. Used their airport pick up and drop off services with no hassles. Would go back again with a great wotif deal. Rooms are separate in the villa, so if staying with little kids in separate room they are about 5 or so meters away and have full access to pool.

Dirty little private villa and rude staff

Expensive rate for a little villa that is not clean and spacious. Unattentive front desk and they are very strict with check in time. They stick to 2pm check in time and will call you a couple times hours before your check out time. We were able to check in by 2:05 pm after waiting for a couple of hours in the lobby. They will make you believe that the hotel is fully booked and you have to wait until 2pm but nobody's checked out while we were waiting. So I would say not a nice alibi huh as we are keen observers. Breakfast was not great. Kitchen staff are in the corner busy with phones, staff seems to have a great time among themselves as they were in groups talking and being lazy in their quarter, not helping a guest with luggages who arrived in the villa. The rude front desk woman handed us the key of the villa after checking in, without offering a help or asking a guy staff to carry our stuff to the room. You have to drag your suitcases in a narrow way of half kilometer long to your villa. And do the same when you check out, carry your own luggage and walk through a kilometer to get out of the area. Villa private pool is gross, small, dipping pool only with 1 sunbed on top of a rotten wood frame. If you are a couple, sunbathe on top of each other or one at a time lol. The villa is not clean. Pillow cases, towels has stains. Not a good place to stay for a $100. There are great accommodation in Bali for your $100. Do not waste it in Jas Green Villas or Jas Villas.

돈이 조금 아까운..풀빌라

숙소위치가 메인로드와 약 200m 떨어져있어서 택시가 큰길에 내려주고 걸어가라고 했네요. 걸어가는 길이 매우 좁고, 주변에 건물이 없는 으슥한 길이여서 밤에 걷기에는 무서웠습니다. 운전을 잘 하는 기사분을 만나면 상관없겠지만요.. 저는 방1개와 개인 풀장에 머물렀었는데 풀장은 약 1.5m정도의 수심이였는데 매우 좁았어요.. 발리에 머무는동안 자스빌라가 두번째 숙소였는데, 처음숙소보다 침대가 매우 안좋았어요. 일반 스프링매트릭스라서 튕기는소리와 상대방이 움직이면 같이 느껴지는.. 오히려 첫번쨰 숙소가 더 저렴했지만 침대는 최고였죠! 조식은 조식메뉴판에서 골라서 주문하는데 맛은 나쁘지않고 양은 적어요. 나머지는 굿~!

Nice 2 bedroom villa with private plunge pool close to everything in Seminyak can walk everywhere. We have stayed at Jas Green Villas many times over the years and the menu has not changed ever, needs more variety for breakfast options with larger portions. Staff extremely helpful and professional. Overall good place to stay.

Great customer service but 1b/r villa not spacious

I would advise careful consideration for travellers wanting a private villa they can spend the day relaxing in. I booked a one bedroom villa and found (i) the living room is a box with no windows or natural light (unless you leave the front door open) (ii) the paint is peeling off the walls and (iii) the pool only has room for one sunbed. This is very different to several villas I have experienced. However, the hotel was very active to arrange a free upgrade to the two bed villa after the first night. This was more comfortable with the living room being undercover but open on to the pool and it would be perfect for spending a day in the villa. Personally, I would not return because I do not want to have to book a two bedroom villa for a couple only, and the one bedroom villa was not to my level of comfort. But I cannot fault the hotel in their efforts at customer service and if you plan to be out of the villa for large parts of the day then this would be more acceptable.

Jas Green Villas - Very pleasant Stay

My boyfriend and I stayed at Jas Green Villas for four nights in late November. The location was very difficult to find for our taxi driver but once located, check in was very smooth. I found the rooms to be exactly as the pictures and information described, very clean and spacious. The pool was cute, the bed comfortable and the room service was perfectly acceptable.

Great location

We chose the hotel as it had a private pool but it was tiny and had no sun during the day. There was only one beach chair which was mouldy and uncomfortable. Many of the electrical items did not work eg kettle, DVD player etc. The breakfast left much to be desired and our preference was to go to a local cafe where at least the coffe was hot!

Villa is a bit outdated and old. Probably been around for awhile. I see them doing renovations in some villas when I pass by. Otherwise is alright. Quite clean. The service and staff are friendly and provide good service.
