was fantastic until we encountered the harrassment everytime we went to go somewhere demanding to know where we were going . and then there is also the fact housecleaning stoll my wifes antidepressant meds from the room where they were all week till the 2nd last day and of course lied about it when confronted and the reception lady seemed to know what room of the villa they were in although we never mentioned that part. my wofe was sick the whole day without them comming home

We will definitely do our best to improve our service and facilities.We ask our guests where they are going when they pass the reception desk, so that we can organise the cleaning schedule and it is also one of our ways of looking after our guests. However, this is not compulsory and depends on the circumstances. Regarding antidepressant meds, after you reported to our reception. Our supervisor did investigation to housekeeping department and ensure that the housekeeping staff did not see any medicine that you mentioned. In housekeeping room's cleaning standard, we are not allowed to move any sensitive guest items, such as jewellery and medicines. The supervisor and housekeeping staff were willing to do the double check in your room and ask for the details but we did not have any permission.We really hope that you will give us the opportunity to welcome you again in the near future to see how we have improved. I absolutely love everything about this property The Villa was pristine, clean and exactly is advertised ,the private pool was amazing, the bed was comfortable, the shower water got super hot and it was in a great area walkable to shops,dining and the currency exchange which definitely came in handy but the most amazing thing about the place was the wonderful wonderful staff who made my birthday very special even surprise me with a song and cake if you do not stay here you are doing yourself a disservice thank you to the wonderful staff at kasih villas

Rooms were lovely and quiet, the bed comfortable and the villa well designed and very clean. The staff were fantastic and could not be more accommodating. I would have loved to have a bigger bath in the bathroom, but other than that we loved our stay.

Beautiful 3 BR villa and attentive staff
We had a lovely stay at the Kasih 3BR Villa. Two families with lots of space for the 9 of us. Really nice pool and excellent airconditioning in the bedrooms. Staff we excellent, very attentive while maintaining privacy. All the staff room the housekeeping, garden maintenance, security and the very gorgeous front office staff were excellent and made our stay wonderful. Can't wait to go again.

Amazing experience at The Kasih Villas. The staff was extremely kind and the most helpful. The rooms were spectacular. From the private pool to the extremely comfortable bed to the rain shower to the living room and kitchen being outdoors. Everything was amazing. In room massages are available. Very good quality breakfast served daily and included. Such a great experience. We would definitely go back!

Good size villa but cleanliness and maintenance n
The villa compound is infested with mosquitos. The sofa and dinning chairs are dusty and stains. Air-conditioning is not maintain thus it was nosy and can not cool down the room despite the temperature was set at 18 degree Celsius after an hour. The swimming pool was dirty except the bathroom is clean.

Kasih Villas - A Dream Come True Place to Stay!
It was my first time to Bali. Wanted to spend some leisure time and the days I spent at Kasih Villas were extraordinary! The best service I have ever received! It started all the way from the airport, where one of their staff, Mr Kerdih waited patiently for our arrival and picked us up with a smiling face. Upon reaching the hotel, we were greeted with some refreshing drinks and a great welcome by all front desk staff. As check in was not till 2pm, they even suggested some good places to go and dine while our room was getting ready. Mr Kerdih helped to drop us at a very good restaurant and provided us with their map in case we got lost. When we returned back, Ms Rita led us to our 1-bedroom villa. It was a dreamy place! Ms Rita was a superb cheerful person and guided us perfectly on the villa we were going to stay. The breakfast was personally served to us to our villa. Do try their local Indonesian breakfast dishes. Very nice, spicy and tasty! Spent some good time in the pool as well. Its 1.5 mtres and it would have been great if the pool had a step or a railing for safety purpose. Tons of movies and TV channels to watch! WiFi service was also great. Tried their in house massage service. Really really good as well. No loud noises from surrounding villas. Room service was great too! Every facility was provided. They provided us with mosquito coils which were really useful at night! All the staff do go the extra mile to please all guests. Good job Kasih Villas!

My wife and I spent 4 wonderful nights here. The villas are completely private and done out to a very high standard in terms of decor and furnishings etc. The beds are massive and extremely comfortable. All rooms had air-con which is a must in Bali. The stay included breakfast and you have a choice of either an American, Continental or Indonesian. I tried all three and they were superb and plentiful. We also had a BBQ where you have your own chef and waiter to cook and serve the food which was fantastic. Overall the food was excellent and of a very high standard which is cooked by their in-house chef, then delivered & layed out in your villa (there is no restaurant). The only time you need to raise your finger (apart from eating the food of course) is that when you're done, you just call reception and they'll take the plates etc all away. The grounds are immaculate and well kept and all the staff we encountered were friendly and attentive. We also had a couple of massages at the spa which was great value. I had a 90min Balinese massage for IDR290K (appox £18) and was so relaxing I fell asleep several times! I cannot recommend the Kasih Villas enough. The stay was enjoyable and we came away totally relaxed. We would definitely return as they have big plans to improve the reception area and create a restaurant too which will make this an even more desirable place to stay. A wonderful and safe place to stay and highly recommended!

We stayed as a couple. It was very romantic. The staff were lovely. We had breakfast delivered to our room daily at a time chosen by us. The food was quite good but mostly very convenient. We hardly left our villa except to go out for dinner as it was so lovely and relaxing just sitting by the pool. The villas are about a 5-10 minute drive from Seminyak restaurants and shops. There is 24hr security at the villas so it felt very safe. All spa treatments come to your room (we did the 2hr chocolate massage, scrub, mask and bath which was a lot of fun). Also you can have a private dinner cooked for you in your villa or do a Balinese cooking class there as each villa has its own outdoor kitchen. Overall an excellent place to stay. We were very sad to leave Kasih!

This is a beautiful, quiet hotel with very attentive, warm staff who are eager to please. The room itself is excellent - very large, comfortable, good ambience/lighting, with great attention to detail. I can't really recommend the food, although I had one excellent item - the scallop soup! The hotel was very gracious in accommodating our desire to shorten our stay from 5 nights to three. Our wish to change hotels was based on location only. It is at least a 10 or 15 minute taxi ride (depending on the traffic) to the nice beach hotels/dining and shopping area. The immediate neighborhood and nearest shopping district are less than desirable from my perspective. If this hotel were on the beach, I would give it a five star rating!

Perfect location
Was a great villa, exactly like the photos. Perfect distance to shopping and resturants but still out of all the hustle and bustle. Only issue was organised weeks prior for late check out and got an email to confirm this and a price, but when it came to check out day we were told we had to be out of the room by 12 when i had pre organised to checkout at 6pm so had to sit out in the heat for 6 hours but other then that really enjoyed the stay and accomodation. Will stay here again

What a wonderful place to stay the staff are there for you 24/7 and want nothing more than to see you have a fabulous stay. The private pools are amazing the beds are so comfy. Aircon excellent. They are vigilant on keeping mosquitos to a minimum (1week and no bites at all) the villas are spotless and gardens are lovingly cared for. The spa is a relaxing space for two, the treatments and technique very good.

New modern friendly Villa
A nice villa in an average location and you will require transport to most locations. The Villa staff are friendly although when challenged mentioned "we do as they are told", so in turn if something is just outside of the terms of reference they have a blank look. Vila themselves are spacious but built like a compound very close to each other with high walls so if you have a noisy neighbor you will also have a noisy villa. The grounds are kept well generally although the grass inside the villa was next to dead. The one bedroom villas get little sun as the rooftop cover 95 percent of the layout. Overall a good place to stay.

So in love with the Villas
I had a back injury before coming to this Hotel due to rafting, so haven't been out much, which gave me more of a reason to enjoy indoors. The Villas are new and very clean. Awesome private pool, which I needed to get my backache back on track. A huge list of on demand movies for free. Really huge list. Very, very fast service. It's as if they are waiting outside your door knowing what you need before requesting it.The villa design is just gorgeous.

The room was great and the staff attentive. The air con in the bedrooms requires the window and door to the bathroom area to be closed otherwise it won't cool the room well.

Amazing Villa
The villa was massive! Great sized pool and the bathroom was just amazing! The villa was relatively close to everything ($2-$3 USD taxi if you are lazy). The only issue we had was with heaps of centipedes all over the pool decking when we arrived as they had just fumigated... but one call to maintenance and one bottle of insect killer later, the problem was fixed! The staff were extremely polite and friendly and went above and beyond to look after us. The food was really good and I recommend the pancakes (and ask for an extra one as you can't stop eating them!) Will be coming back here.

Fantastic place
We stayed at the Kasih Villas and Spa for about 10 days. We couldn't find anything we didn't like. Absolutely fantastic facilities and staff. The food was superb. We certainly enjoyed here. It was a trip for my special birthday. Staying the Kasih perfectly satisfied our needs and gave us the best impression and experience. We highly recommend here and we will certainly come back here some time soon in the future.

Great villa close to the heart of Seminyak
Had to book last minute due to a late cancellation of another villa. Although we paid premium pricing the villa was well worth it. New villa with all the touches you'd expect for the price, and need. Spacious outdoor living area in the 1 bedroom villa, huge kitchen (too big!), nice bedroom, large bathroom.

Awesome stay at The Kasih Villa
I stayed here with my gf and it was a nice trip with the kasih villa. The pool is spacious, the room, the service are nice. But its a bit of unfortunate for us that we don't get sun coming in to our villa, so we cant really sunbathing. Over all its a nice stay

Everything about the experience was fantastic, the hotel staff were very friendly, the villa was incredibily clean (since apparently they are brand new villas and they are very well taken care of). I liked having breakfast inside the villa and room service including massage is very reasonably priced. I hope to go back asap!

Sitzplatz und Badezimmer sind sehr gross. Die Sauberkeit und der Zustand liess zu wünschen übrig, was vielleicht mit der kürzlichen Wiedereröffnung nach Corona zu tun hatte.

我們住三房一泳池房型 有很棒的獨立空間 但是房間的設施就普通 池缸水很小水也不熱 早歺好吃，但是蒼蠅很多 員工很友善～ 可以在游泳池自費BBQ很酷
