Wonderful staff but rundown Villas

Def needs some,work and some things need replacing .... internet and tv stopped working after day 4 and had to log onto another rooms internet. The toilet itself moved and the toilet seat was scratched and dirty and def needs replaced. Pool was in a beautiful setting although the pool needed some work with loose tiles that were dangerous on the steps. Staff were beautiful and were always there to please. Would probs not return to these Villas unless a lot of work was done.

Nous avons passé 8 jours à villa Lallu dans une villa 2 chambres. Que du bonheur, les villas sont immenses avec beaucoup de charme, confort simple, très belle piscine dans un magnifique jardin tropical très bien entretenu, tout ce que l’on attendait d’un séjour à Bali. Très calme mais à 2 mn des restaurants et du shopping. Une belle adresse simple et typique.

Agréable, calme, mais proche de tout: bon séjour

Jardin magnifique avec piscine Calme et reposant Proche commodités 2min à pied (change, resto, boutique) Bon réseau wifi Le petit déjeuner n'est pas un buffet un peu regrettable mais reste vraiment très satisfaisant Le personnel est agréable et à l'écoute. La propreté des chambres, la qualité de la literie, les meubles et plus de la chambre nous rappelle que ce n'est qu'un 3 étoiles. Grand dommage. Reste un agréable souvenir de notre séjour et ne regrette en aucun cas notre choix.

Not impressed at all!

We arrived to a pleasant man at reception, whereby he only asked one passport when there was 4 of us.We then went on to ask about facilities and was told there was none when online it says the facilities what we asked were provided. So after much thought and one night we walked out the next morning, as I felt and my fellow travellers felt is was spooky, no nice aura about the place. Only seemed to men around and too many men asking questions, as we were women on our own. Oh and one of our beds collapsed. When contacting Expedia about our unhappiness they were fantastic and Expedia contacted Villa Lalu to no avail, so that says it all.

Ruhe Oase im mitten vom Seminyak

Die Hotel Anlage befindet sich circa 5 gehe Minuten vom die Haupt Straße entfernt trotz dem hört man nichts. Die traditionellen Gebäuden sind in eine gut etablierte Garten um die Schwimmbad gebaut, trotzdem gewohnt man nichts vom die anderen Bewohner.

Looked nice in photos!!!!

From the photos we thought we'd love it. This was far from the actual place, it was dirty, no maintenance done on the grounds. Bathrooms, kitchen areas were filthy. Beds looked cleaned. Garden areas were not gardens, they were weeds!!!! I alreay had the flu , we were concerned for our health to stay at Villa Lalu as it was unhygienic. Management could not be found to discuss this. We waited for over 2 hours, finally deciding we had to leave to look for alternative accommodation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE! Now we are struggling to get a refund for this disgusting place!
