"We enjoyed our time in this cozy top floor apartment. It has a nice view of the sea, the church and the fort from a rooftop terrace. Convenient location, close to beach and shops. Small lift in building for 4 floors then two sets of stairs to the apartment. The last staircase is a bit steep and narrow. Bathroom is a tight fit, but has a full shower and nice hot water. "The apartment was extremely clean, well equipped and mostly private. Not sure if the apartment above is a rental but the people were extremely noisy. Check in was a bit of an issue as the sat nav said we had arrived and we were still about a mile away. Luckily we texted the manager and he came and found us. The pool was beautiful and the manager came most days to clean it and sweep the garden. I would certainly recommend staying here. Oh, and the view was exceptional. Thank you"

"Our first time in PORTOFINO/Santa Margherita area. The hotel is pretty close to everything, 5-10 minutes easy walks. The best thing about the property is the beautiful view from the balcony. My room was not ready when we arrived, and they gave us an upgrade for the inconvenience. The breakfast buffet is superb with lots of selections and worth the money. The only issue (a non-issue for me) was the outdated bathroom on the 4th floor and that’s due to leaks around the small squared shaped sliding shower doors. I didn’t mind having an extra towel on the floor during showering time. If seeing very small black mold bothers you, then don’t come here. BUT the view OF THE SEA, convenient location, breakfast buffet, clean pool and friendly staff should make up for it in a big time. "
