Semuc Champey Natural Monument

All staff were very nice and attentive. Crib available and microwave if you ask. The buffet was great too! Lots of delicious food. Definitely recommend staying here

Nice colonial style “Hacienda” in front of lake Atitlán. Gardens were awesome, food was great and rooms were confortable.

I stayed in a stylish and comfortable room with a balcony that gave a beautiful view of Volcan de Agua. It's true there is no TV but with the setup, that's probably a good thing. I really enjoyed my stay. I recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper and I can confirm there are no fridges or microwaves in the room. You are basically part of a section of newer highrises with restaurants and a mini supermarket. There are armed guards all around so you can feel a little more comfortable and definitely at night. But if you leave that section, be careful. I came across a sketchy person but luckily got away. The restaurant was a whole vibe and the food was okay. It's my own preference but I would have liked more Guatemalan inspired food. WiFi was solid. I had to take three final exams and happily had no issues. They don't charge an incidental fee for those curious. For the price and experience, I am more than satisfied with everything. Would stay again in the future.
