Didn't pay for 5-star hotel so didn't expect 5-star conditions, only cleanliness, instead after driving 7 hours in the night to get here, with a kid as well, they gave us a dirty room with dirty sheets, full of different flying bugs. Told a guy about it and he had the audicity to give us "clean" ...
