"This location is in better condition than the Collierville location. This location also has much friendlier staff and cleaner rooms! No complaints and would return or recommend to others. Sheets are a bit thin but that’s all. Everyone is nice and it’s a peaceful location. Near many food options and near the mall as well. "

"Very helpful staff. Provided an extra blanket my husband needed. It was raining when we were leaving and they provided an umbrella for my husband to use to get our car moved to the covered entry so we could load the car. "

"The property is only 1 yr. old, so everything is still new. Many features have been upgraded - i.e. touch sensitive light switches, elevator buttons, things like that. The bathroom was bright, clean and nice. The buffet is good, although typical. Friendly and helpful staff."
