"Cozy, Convenient, and Full of Thoughtful Touches! We really enjoyed our stay in Geneva! The place was cozy, comfortable, and conveniently located. Communication with the host was excellent—he responded to messages lightning-fast, which we really appreciated. Check-in was a breeze, and we were able to find parking right near the front door. The space was well-equipped with pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses, and even condiments for cooking. There were so many thoughtful little touches throughout that made our stay especially easy and enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was great, too! Overall, it was a lovely, welcoming place to stay, and we would happily return!"

Communication with the host was very easy, and we so appreciated his hospitality. Parking was available for free as well which was appreciated. "We enjoyed our stay in Waterloo. The older home had three bedrooms, including one with a futon, and one shared bathroom. There were plenty of entertainment options, including TVs, VHS tapes, kayaks, fishing poles, and a fire pit. The grocery store was about four miles away, and the home was located in a decent neighborhood.The amenities were basic, so don’t expect Keurig coffee cups or extra condiments. Overall, it was a comfortable, straightforward stay that worked well for our group."

Check-in and out directions were very clear and easy to follow. We enjoyed out time in the Finger Lakes and being able to come "home" at night to this apartment made it very comfortable."

"This was my second stay at the property, and Timothy has made some updates to the fence that were much appreciated, as well as the new well lit front decking. We had an issue with the hot water heater, but by the next day all was in order. Well appointed kitchen and the little extras came in handy."
