"Location is perfect and close to everything! Communication was excellent. House is large and room enough for large families if you have them. Has whatever you need for your stay. Would give it a 15 out of 10 if I could. Maybe could use some new mattresses, but was perfect enough, it didn't matter. We'll definitely stay again."

"The location was perfect. It was walkable to the water and downtown. It is very safe. Many mornings we took a walk downtown to get coffee and breakfast. Lots of good food options. The house has everything you need to cook a meal if you prefer. The outdoor seating is adorable! We spent a few nights out there with a glass of wine. I highly recommend staying here!"

There is no common sitting area, which is noted in the description, so no complaints, but keep in mind that it does make it difficult for anyone to stop by. Location is right next to campus."
