The staff at this hotel were excellent. The room was very clean and it was wonderful having the room cleaned every day. The breakfast every morning was very good. The hotel has a very unique charm that made for a lovely stay. The only negative I have is that I had to pay extra for a bathroom in my room and it wasn't immediately clear on Expedia that this is an upgrade. I didn't mind paying for it but it should be posted somewhere as it was not clear to me on booking and it was a bit surprising to pay for it at the hotel. Otherwise I had a wonderful visit and was very impressed with the quality of service.

Just an amazing place for a vacation and getaway to get a true mountain Swiss countryside feeling. The staff friendliness and hotel amenities are a class above what you will find anywhere. Pristine…my wife fell in love with the place and we want to travel back when possible. Brought back sweet memories from 30years ago when I spent time near Lenzerheide in Parpan.

Horrible staff and dirty rooms, used contact lenses and hair everywhere, a toilet smell all night from other units spreading the room. The staff was accusing us of unpaid invoice, even though she was there herself during checking in collecting all payments. Do not stay at this hotel!
