"I've stayed at many Quality Inn Properties, but this one left a really bad taste in my mouth. My room looked like it had not been cleaned very well. Refrigerated didn't work, there was a used spoon in the freezer part of the refrigerator. I had a few items that should have been refrigerated but couldn't. There was all kinds of hair in the tub. My mattress would not stay stationary on the frame. I had what looked liked a dirty pillow case. Let's just say it was no longer white. Around 1 in the morning, someone started playing music with a loud thumping that went on for about 3 hours. I tried to record some of it. The water from the sink was super slow. The best part of that room was the TV. I was too tired to request another room after traveling for 6 hours on the road. I just slept until I couldn't anymore. I even missed their breakfast which I never miss a hotel breakfast. Even though it was probably just a simple continental breakfast. I was going to complain at checkout but there were 2 others that the clerk was attending to. Not 100% sure if I would stay there again. The rate was good for a quality Inn, hence the reason I stayed there. They say you get what you pay for. Well. I didn't pay for that and would surely like a refund."

"The bathroom wasn’t clean, the floors were dirty. The bed wasn’t comfortable. It was very loud all night. The area of town doesn’t feel safe. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"I was there for a girls tennis trip. We were happy to find the house quiet, clean, and close to everything we needed. The host was very responsive. The beds were comfortable and clean. There were ample supplies of paper products, towels, kitchen supplies, and even new tooth brushes and paste. I would definitely go back if we head that way again! "
