"Ho alloggiato all'Hotel Charleston varie volte ed è una ottima struttura. Sebbene questa volta ho constatato, purtroppo, alcuni problemi: nel bagno cieco mancava una ventola, il getto del bidet schizzava allagando il bagno, sopra il lavabo non c'era una mensola per poggiare i prodotti quindi risultava molto scomodo, nella camera non c'era un cestino gettacarte vicino alla scrivania, l'angolo dove era collocato l'armadio era privo di luce, la varietà della colazione era scarsa. "
