Check in was easy, bed was comfortable, liked the convenience of the shuttle to/from mall as well as to/from airport. Hotel needs a refresh (carpet bunching up in hallway), rooms are dated and breakfast options could be warmer. Still overall a good stay

This hotel was the perfect place for an overnight layover. It was a short Uber ride away and the Naritasan Park is an easy 10-minute walk away. The rooms had everything they needed but were small if you are traveling with someone. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Their airport transportation was a great bonus that I wished I had information on upon my arrival, but getting it one-way was a nice surprise.

The shuttle bus provided by this hotel to airport too limited. Only two timing for morning time: 7am and 8.15am and they need at least 30 minutes to reach Narita airport.
