Overall it was good, but the convenience store was unfriendly, there was no separate smoking booth, it was hot and I had to walk a long way, and there was not even a single sunshade, so I thought it was a hotel that didn't have this much consideration for its guests.

The hotel says they're 5 star hotel but the service or the staffs doesn't provide a service like 5 star hotel. The breakfast buffet is pretty pricy but the quality of food is low. It seems they make many kinds of dishes but there's nothing much to eat since it's hard to find a freshly made food at hotel.. And overall the staffs who work there doesn't look like trained enough to communicate the customers. They're just... unkind and unprofessional.

Experience in Pangyo Double Tree hotle

I visited Pangyo Double Tree Residence with my family for vacation. The trip for celabrating to enter the junior high school for my first son. The reason for choosing the hotel is to use the swimming pool. The facility seems to be clean but unfortunately it was not safe as it seems. Swimming pool tile was broken and my son got serious cut in his feet. I prepared aqua shoes but the they did not allow us to wear them. There were so many childrent at the pool, and hotel should be more care about the safety and cleaness. My trip was ruin for my son's injuery.

I registered my car, but I was told to pay when I left, and I waited endlessly until someone came. The cleaning condition is dirty. I'm a little annoyed that I didn't get ready for the shuttle bus on time and had to wait in the hot car.

I liked double tree because of how quiet it was. It was silent in my room when I slept. The cleanliness was amazing too everyday they took care of cleaning the place and it was spotless. That is why in my opinion double tree is a 5 star hotel. We stayed in room 1552 in the Residence. Amazing experience.
