室間細小，所提的早餐都是自己在賓館雪櫃自取麵包果醬自攪惦，職員服務一般，近地鐵站，樓下非常熱鬧，有食市。

一定會再回住

一個人的旅行不要求太多，在房間的時間也只有回來睡覺的時候，一床ㄧ衛浴就非常足夠，唯一小缺點就是冰箱好小，一個冰箱只能使用20%的空間，其餘都是壓縮機，真是令人太意外了！櫃檯的服務人員非常親切又有耐心，遇到需要幫忙的時候，還會主動協助，這是我最感動的一件事，謝謝您，雖然我沒有問到名字，但這櫃檯人員，衷心感謝您的幫忙！

以這個便宜的价钱可以住在旺的区域很化算。我訂的是豪华單人房，房间闊落有很多空间，就是欠了—張小桌子罷！前枱的女接待員英語説得很好，但就是表情很冷漠。旅馆的路线也很容易找到。就是新村站3号出口上來向前行。途中很多美粧店，直至見到粉红色Banila Co. 右轉再直行。看見J Tower 就是了，大概5分钟時間就到了！旅馆是在8-10樓，樓下有一間飲品店。

1人で二階建てツインの部屋に3泊まりました。スーツケースを広げるスペースもあり問題なく過ごしました。マットレスが硬くて私はあまりよく眠れませんでしたが、気にならない人は十分だと思います。

場所は新村駅からすぐのところにあって、周りにたくさんあって楽しめました。水漏れがあったみたいで一日中が使えないことがあってすごく困りました。トイレもお風呂も使えず…Wi-Fiとテレビも見れなくて、見れませんと伝えても修理が終わってなくてと言われるだけで対処とかはなかったです。 設備が大分古くなってます。もう泊まりたくはないですね。

Basic but very good value for money

Very basic hotel. Room is small so if u got lots of luggage u might struggle to find space for it. Mattress is somehow very comfy as I got some very good sleep. Location is excellent where lots of shops n cafe restaurants on the street. The area is very safe to walk at night and metro station is within a few minutes walk

한국에 숙박할 때 매번 여기에 묵는데 거기는 지하철역에 가까워서 너무 좋습니다.하지만 게스트 하우스라서 어쩔 수 없지만 좀 방의 청소를 잘 해줬으면 좋겠습니다.특히 냉장고가 좀 더럽습니다.앞으로도 이용하고싶니 잘 부탁합니다.

這間旅館在新村最熱鬧的街上，附近就是uplex百貨也近地鐵站，十分方便。設施裝修也很新，有電梯有電腦和充足公共空間。只是房間實在非常狹小，行李不能打開，最後一晚完全不能整理，要在外面執拾，非常不便。房間內的窗不能打開也不能看到外面，是密閉空間。checkout時間只是過了十多分鐘就有職員來敲門催促，以前從沒試過。下次沒其他選擇才會再考慮入住。

新村駅近ゲストハウス

いつもソウルへ旅行するときに使っています。いつもはシングルの部屋を予約してますが、今回は初めて二段ベッドの部屋を予約しました。スーツケースを余裕で広げられるのが助かりました。でも、前の宿泊者のごみが残っていたり、掃除が行き届いてないのが残念です。駅からほぼ平坦で近いのにこの値段で泊まれるので、多少のことは目をつぶれば良いゲストハウスだと思います。二段ベッドは、マットがすごく固すぎるので、人によっては腰が痛くなると思います。

立地は良いけど

外装工事中の為、場所を見つけるのに時間がかかりました。駅から近く周りにはコスメショップや飲食店も多く、立地は良かったです。部屋は寝るだけなので問題ありませんでしたが、バスルームが汚すぎてびっくりしました。トイレの便座が水浸しで、床や壁も掃除したようには見えなく不潔な印象でした。 梨大にも歩いて行けたり夜遅くまで営業しているお店が沢山あり立地がすごく良いだけに残念に思いました。

新村駅に近くて、どこに行くにも便利なゲストハウスです。周りにはお店もたくさんあります。 私はソウルではこちらによく泊まっています。 共同のキッチンで自分で朝食を作ったり(パン、卵などは置いてあります。今回はパンが補充されてませんでしたが...)、掃除も連泊で希望した時だけなどいい意味で放って置いてくれるので、私は過ごしやすいです。

韓国に着いた時スーツケースがロストバゲージになっちゃって、空港から出て一旦ゲスハへ向かい受付のお兄さんにロストバゲージのことを言いに行った後友達と晩御飯を食べて帰ってきたら、空港からスーツケースをゲスハに届けてくれるように手配をしてくれてて、すごく対応が優しくてよかったです！ 連泊はおすすめしないけど、一泊とかなら全然ありです！駅近だし新村エリアにあるのでお店も豊富で手ぶらで行っても必要なものは全て揃います！ただあたしの部屋がたまたま無料でつかえる乾燥機の真下で夜中ごろに何度か天井がものすごい勢いでガタガタいいだし、うるさく感じた時がありました笑
