2018 built condo, 6 min. walk (424 m) from transport bus, taxi, subway and train hub Seoul Station with non-stop express train to Incheon Airport. South-east facing corner unit on main street with floor to ceiling unobstructed view of night-illuminated N Seoul Tower. 916ft²/85m², 3 bed, 2 bath, privately-owned spacious, bright and efficient home with 24/7 security guard. In-building: English-speaking doctor, pharmacy, bank, hair salon, personal training, convenience store, butcher, café, & 2 chicken & beer pubs. See you tube videos 'Halla Vivaldi'.
This is NOT an exclusive rental space with a high turn over of guests, but a full-time family of four's home located in a gated condominium complex. Guests are only accepted a few times per year when the host family is on vacation. The host family's personal items are discreetly stored with ample additional closet and dresser space reserved for guests. Gated grounds include: playground, outdoor exercise equipment, indoor fitness centre, two level of indoor parking with 8 EV charging spaces. Property flanks the 29 682m² /7.3 acre Son Gi-jeong Athletic Park with floral-manicured walkways, separate running and walking cushioned-tracks, running center building, separate full-sized and mini artificial turf soccer pitches, tennis courts, gateball court, outdoor sheltered weight training equipment, indoor gym, separate children's and adult public libraries, & children's playground. A 4 minute (300 m) walk away from our home is a full-size, multi lane indoor swimming pool.
Guest access
Keyless, code/card access to 3 Bed 2 Bath unit, underground EV charging parking, and fitness center with: free weights, bench press, weight machines, running & bicycle machines and stretching room. Outdoor exercise machines, children's playground, and sheltered outdoor dining area are also on the premises.
In-building shops & services. Additional shops across the street include: grocery store, 24hr discount ice-cream shop, dry-cleaner, café, bakery, & restaurants.
Lotte Mart supermarket & Lotte Outlet are a 7 minute-walk (400m) away.
Other things to note
You willl be pleased to note that we have just purchased a new king size latex mattress, king size goose down duvet and bed linen for bedroom #1 (air conditioning ceiling cassette, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, chest-of-drawers & south facing veranda for drying clothing), and a queen size slatted wooden bed frame for the latex mattress in bedroom #2 (fan, dresser with mirror) delivered this month (July, 2024). Bedroom #3 (fan, closets, full-length windows & mirror, work space with extendable desks and whiteboard) contains an IKEA super single sprung slatted bed. There is also and large ceiling air conditioning cassette in the livingroom along with additional mats used to dampen the sound of children playing but which are also large and comfortable to sleep on.

This is a family home. This is NOT a unit used exclusively for short-term rentals.

CHECK-OUT CHECKLIST 1. Return all 3 access cards + biodegradable card to coffee table.
2. Confirm: o Water taps OFF o All windows CLOSED o Blinds DOWN o All electronics OFF o Use “kill switch” by entrance for lights o Door is LOCKED
3. o Wash bedding: pillowcases, duvet cover, fitted sheet (NOT thick duvet). o Use cold water, start cycle early (~90 mins). o Hang items: ▪ 2 folding drying racks ▪ Ceiling drying rack ▪ Windows ajar
