It was a great stay and all of the staff is very hospitable and nice. It is foreigner friendly also. All of the staff speaks english well. We will definitelty consider to stay here again if we ever come back and visit korea again

Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location (10 minutes by foot to Apgujeong station). The rooms are spacious, modern and very clean but show quite a bit wear and tear. The airconditioning has been locked on a fixed setting which is inconvenient.

All of the staff were lovely and welcoming. I had an event to go to, had gotten ready and already left and was worried I left my flat iron on but couldn’t go back to check so I quickly messaged the hotel to ask if they could check (with apologies attached) and they responded and took care of it right away and put my mind at ease. They accommodated my weird schedule with cleaning my room as well. If I need to stay in the area again, I will be using them for sure.

I stayed in Aiden by Western Cheongdam for 11 days from April till May 2025. The location is average with limited dining options and activities in the surroundings, as is in between Sinsa-dong and Apgugeong. Basic customer service that leaves no impression, do not expect anything warm or exceptional. Paid money for late check out request charging me 11,000 per hour. I am fine to pay, just saying I have been to Seoul many times in one year and stay in many hotels. First time I encounter I have to pay for this request. Otherwise, is a clean and decent hotel.

Location is great, staff are nice, rooms are well equipped and clean. The only issue was that the light sensor at the entrance kept turning on in the middle of the night for the whole night. The heater was noisy and couldn't have a good night sleep. Pillows loose their shape and you have to manually reshape them.

Flew in from Texas for a week long trip to see all the sights. Check in was super quick and they speak English/very kind. No deposit required. Moment I get into the room was impressed. Room was equipped with harness to rappel down out of the window in the event of a fire. Felt like Batman. Pretty cool. Bed is comfy and the hotel wifi is free, fast and reliable. There is a button if you want your room cleaned or not. You get two complementary water bottles each day. Breakfast is served from 7:30am to 10am and cost $14. Buffet style and everything was tasty and filling. Breakfast spot is lounge area with art pieces. Pretty neat display. There are two bus stations right in front of the hotel. Access to the limousine bus 6703 to the airport for $13. There is a couple of convenient stores a few blocks down along with KFC, Subway and McDonald if you’re craving that. Ate that the first day then ventured out to try the local Korean food. Only two English channels. BBC News and Australian News. Universal/usb outlets. Great for laptop/airpods/gopro charging. All in all great experience/hotel! Good price and comfy stay. Would definitely recommend!

All in all fantastic stay. It’s a smaller hotel, but the rooms were great, the shower was a comfortable highlight. Working a conference so a nice little private retreat was just what I needed. Great area as it’s the business part of Seoul.
