Clean rooms and great staff. Breakfast had nice options. The staff help us to recover some loss item from one place we visited out of town. The hotel is very quiet and beds are very comfortable.

Great location - close to airport limo stop and subway access, plus easy walk to nearby shopping and restaurants. The room itself was not large and did not have a lot of space/options for in-room storage.

The property was great overall with the exception of dim lighting in the bathroom and sleeping area. Staff very curious and helpful. They made call on behalf when I loss my camera on a tour bus because of my limited Korean language . Breakfast was excellent.

My stay was lovely! The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were helpful and very nice. I would stay here again. The only thing to note is they charge per hour for early check in from 9am - 2pm. I believe ~$12/hour. If you want your room before 9am, they charge for one night.

Really good location, we loved staying in Hongdae. You are close to the main strip and subway, but have enough distance away that it is quiet. The rooms are comfortable and affordable. My only slight complaint was no AC in the rooms led the rooms to be a little hot at night.

Family vacation, as it was during winter time, hearing was on, we had a bit trouble to get the room cool enough. The family room was spacious for us three (travelling with one teenager). The hotel gym was nice - and during our stay not much used by the other guests which was very luxorius for us.
