I have checked room and washroom door didn't close well. I told to staff and he show other room and changed room. I liked the new room, every day clean room and new towels. Location was great. Close Dabsimni staion and from the staion i can travel in Seoul easy. Plus next the hotel enterance there was convenience store. I loved it!!

Overall good, the room was very nice and housekeeping was always on-top of everything! They let us check out late and arranged an airport shuttle for us. They have a policy of only one room-key-card per room, so if you are sharing a room that can become tricky.

The staff here is nice, which is the only positive thing I can say about this hotel sadly. The rooms are old and dirty, this hotel is cheap for a reason. My recommendation is to avoid.

Although price was right and front staff were friendly the day prior didn’t do cleaning of our room and didn’t want to provide an extra blanket when requested. Overall if looking for a place to sleep great. Otherwise look elsewhere.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are rather run down, but overall comfortable and clean. The staff very nice! Public transportation is excellent, bus stops all around the building, metro station a 10 minute walk away.

The hotel provided 24/24h water and soft drinks for free. But there was no electric light in the bathroom sink. There was a hood without a stove. And the window was very small. Its insulation is excellent and the staff very kind.

Nice clean room with daily tidy up service, free drinks at the entrance. However, the refrigerator in my room was not working, the male staff was helpful but the other female staff were just so so. The hotel is actually a bit far from city centre and it took me nearly two hours to get there from the airport. Beware of the 7-11 staff downstairs when u top up your pop card and make sure u get a receipt of the balance of your pop card to make sure the amount they put in is the amount u gave them to top up the card.

While the size of the room is great, even though on Expedia they state accommodate three people and has enough robs, towels ect for three people if you don’t put all your child/people they will charge you more at the hotel. I had left with my other child to go eat and my daughter called me said two men came into my room it was night time, then she called saying now a woman came in. I was at dinner so called very upset! They said they have a system that if the key is removed it lets them know (which is weird) so they can clean the rooms, but in the morning I had already saw them cleaning my floor. Also, they have cameras in the front seat 7/11 which is weird I saw the monitor and it had a lot on the one in 7/11 where are all these places they are watching. There is a mirror in the shower and directly in front of the shower head. Why is it in that area! Good stuff the floors are heated which make for walking to the restaurant at night very nice, the heater doesn’t work think it’s centrally controlled, the toilet lever is broken, there are no outlets everything is covered. There is Netflix and YouTube on the tv but only Korean stuff, mini fridge and computer in room but not sure if they work.

The room was clean, I loved the large tv, the large bath tube and was good having a mini market just in the same building. The metro is 5 minutes away walking. The neighbors is so so , but is central so it was easy go everywhere
