Located in the edge of Gangnam area, easy access to the center of Gangnam. There is Self laundry facility on the base floor. That was so convenient for people stay with kids like us. Room is clean and stylish. Staff are nice and polite. I definitely will book this hotel for my next trip to Seoul.

Clean, Friendly and easy access to transportation

Hotel was very clean and the room we got was very spacious. Most Korean hotel rooms are small but this hotel offered options that allowed us to be comfortable as a party of 4. The front desk was very helpful and the cleaning lady for our room was very thorough. We appreciated coming to a clean room after a long day. Located in Seochogu, the area is very clean and safe. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby.

This is the third time of our family vacation.we always get several rooms for our family trip. As a premium member staff extended our check out time to 12 pm. But they did not transfer it to thr morning staffs . Ending up rushing ourselves. We love roof top swimming pool.there but one guy was not attentive. Did not check out guests' swimming cap. ( Regulation is requiring swimming cap or ball cap) Not give away towels.... But most of service was good.

Possibly the best stay of my life, we loved everything about this hotel. The staff was amazing, the facilities are top-notch, breakfast is amazing, pool is spotless, laundry in the basement is so easy to access, provides change, sells detergent, gym is great, and the washlet toilets in the rooms are amazing. Rachel Kim in the dining room was a great host, and Peter Kim at the front desk helped us a lot. The subway is steps away, tonnes of great restaurants around, the area is clean and easy to get around, can't say enough good about this place.
