There was mold on the carpet and our beds and robes had stains on them. We had to change rooms due to the stains and both rooms we were in the walls were stained. The area is not the best either as it is in an industrial area.

You cannot get a taxi from the hotel to nearby restaurants in the area because a 10 minute drive is “too close” and not worth their time. The nearest food place was the outlet mall food court which was a 15-20 minute walk (in the rain). Other restaurants are not close walking (25-45 minute walk). It was raining the whole time we were there so it was really frustrating that we couldn’t get a taxi to a nearby restaurant. The taxis will only pick up from this hotel if you are driving into Seoul proper (a minimum 30 minute or farther away drive). The hotel would not book a taxi for us and seemed rather irritated at our request. There was no hot water in the shower so I had to take an ice cold shower. I would not recommend this place and will never stay here again. Especially if you need taxi service and can’t or don’t want to walk everywhere. I’ve never stayed at hotel that refused taxi service and told you that your only option is to walk unless you are going far enough outside of the area. We were tired and hungry when we arrived and were hoping to drop our bags and go get something to eat. Such a simple standard task when checking into a hotel, but not at this hotel. Nothing but issues for the most simple and basic things.

Overall stay was ok. Gym doesn’t open until 8am, which was a shock. You have to upgrade or pay extra to use the pool which is a huge inconvenience and something the hotel should mention on their website or at the front desk. Beware there were alot of children, not a hotel or resort exclusively for adults.

Since I arrived at Gimpo airport midnight, I had to take taxi for the hotel. However, almost all taxi drivers cannot English, and information on taxi territory is displayed in Korean language. Thus, it took longer time to reach the hotel. I have to say that grad transportation from the airport is very inconvenient. Furthermore, I felt that the front staff is not friendly.

Our room had a leaking issue and untreated mold. The hotel was overcrowded with commercial tourist buses, which resulted in a lack of attention to customer service from the staff. It felt far from hospitable. There were no dining options available, only breakfast, which required prior registration by 10 PM. Transportation was very limited, making it feel like we were stranded in the middle of nowhere. I would not recommend this hotel.

As foreign visitors who do not speak Korean, we had a terrible time getting help from the hotel for transportation. When I called and spoke in English asking for the shuttle information the front desk clerk hung up on me. I had to go to the airport help desk and have the attendant on duty use my phone to call the hotel back to get the information. The clerk informed us that the airport shuttle was not running. It was 1800. We had to stand in the rain to try to get a taxi. We found the correct taxi stand, but none of the taxis would take us to the hotel. We put in for an Uber and continued to try to get a taxi to take us to the hotel. We never found one. After 45 minutes of standing in the freezing December rain, we got a call from a wonderful Uber driver! Rather than having guests call the hotel to inquire about the shuttle times it should be posted on the website! We were able to take the shuttle to the airport the next day. It would have been amazing to have been able to catch it the night before.

客室はきれいでした！アウトレット側の客室だったので部屋から見える景色もよく、過ごしやすかったです。ただ少し暖房の効きが悪かったり、トイレが流れなかったりして困りました。24時間のコンビニがあるのはとてもありがたかったです！狭いので人が多いと買い物しにくいですが、品揃えもいいです◎ ホテルまでの交通手段は無料シャトルバスかタクシーのみとのことなので、シャトルバスになるべく乗った方がいいと思います！金浦空港からタクシーだと時間帯により12,000〜20,000wくらいだったと思います！ フロントのスタッフさんもシャトルバスの運転手さんもとても皆さん優しい方でした！朝食は食べていないのでわかりませんが、眺めがよさそうでした！

朝食の予約が、キッチリ深夜０時を過ぎたらできなかった。 交通の便が悪いので、金浦空港からタクシーに乗ろうとしたが、中途半端に近いせいか、繁忙期だったからか、タクシーは断られ、急遽ウーバーのアプリを入れたが、結局１時間ぐらい待たされたため、深夜のシャトルバスもあるといいと思いました。

帰る便が早朝便で、配車アプリでタクシーが来ない可能性がでてきてしまったので、チェックアウト時呼んでもらえるか聞いたら、快く受けてくれました。早朝チェックアウトしたときもすぐにタクシーが来て、ほんとうに助かりました。 ホテルのジムは写真よりかなりしょぼかったけど、それ以外はとても良いです。
