The window frame has mold growing on it, making it difficult to see out of the window due to a buildup of dirt on the exterior. There are dangerous electrical plugs located behind the nightstand, and the outlet is dangling. The service provided by the front desk was unfriendly and unhelpful when asked for assistance.

Easy access to multiple subway lines and plenty of close by dining options. Hotel is a bit dated and the rooms do not allow for individual temperature adjustments. Everything is centralized and even though it's only mid April, we were warm every night

The hotel’s location is very convenient and walkable to and from famous tourist destinations such as Deoksugung palace, myeongdong market, namdaemun market, namsan tower, insadong street, etc. I’m overall disappointed and unsatisfied during the whole duration of my stay here. Here’s a list of issues we’ve had about our room. 1. Bed linens were not changed even though we visibly put the “change bed linens” card on the bed. 2. Carpets/flooring were clearly not vacuumed. 3. We found a bug on the carpet. 4. Internet connection was too slow and we couldn’t even make use of the t.v.as it was having trouble connecting. Although the staffs were nice, I don’t think I would consider staying again in this property in the future.

Property is in an excellent location, situated right next to Lotte department store and within walkable distance to restaurants and Myeongdong street. The only downside is that the room was very dated and had a musty, old carpet smell.
