Kind staff

Staff were so kind. They ran after me down the street to provide me with a hand warmer as it was very cold. Hotel is very comfortable and good location.

Great property for a simple clean stay; nice room and fair price. But the key is the tons of restaurants within 5 mins of walking. Starbucks close a 24-hour coffee shop!

Decent hotel

Room was pretty clean and small, but efficient enough. Mini fridge was nice as many hotels in Seoul do not have it. Location is right by lots of restaurants and Seokchon Lake and Olympic Park, which is nice. Close to subway stations as well. It is in an alley typical of Seoul- be careful of cars as they won't watch for you. Maybe not best for a family, but a couple or business trip would suit it best. They let me check in early, which helped a lot as well as a later check out time than many hotels. Love that is is a non smoking hotel as well.

Comfy bed and welcoming staff. Free instant noodles and drinks at lounge for free. Close to restaurants, Ton of dining options. Short walking distance to convenient store/ Lotte mart and mall. However, wall-mounted panel was very slow to response and you may need to use the TV remote control to control all lights/ air conditioner and TV. (air con can only activated by the remote control) Noise was expected since there are pub and restaurant nearby that opens till 03:00 am.

The day we checked in the taxi driver had a hard time finding the place by how it is listed , the Castle Jamsil; Jamsil is the area. We drove around twice stopping at the same place until the driver went in with my wife and verified it was the place. Cleanliness of the shower area. It has a built up of mold around the inside, one of two lamps was missing The stem was hanging down. There was one large towel that was frayed with a hole in it and a second frayed area on the towel. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone ear piece and cradle had some kind of nasty Unsanitary junk. We went down stairs to request a change of room and they said they could not at first. After some persuasion they said they would move us the next day in the afternoon. We said ok since it was near midnight. We came back down in the morning and were told they would move us to another room. The room was one floor down from where we were staying. When we walked into the room it Birgitta and day difference. Same style but, everything was clean. We told them that is was nice. The rest of the evening was comfortable.

There is free valet parking and many fantastic restaurants within walking distance. The subway station is also close by. The rooms were small, but OK, especially since this is in the heart of Gangnam. A wonderful place to stay in a terrific neighborhood, especially given the relatively low price.

The suite was absolutely beautiful. I stayed the weekend for my birthday. The staff was very polite helping me with my flowers and multiple bags. They also valet parked my vehicle. The lounge/ restaurant upstairs was absolutely beautiful as well.
