The location is good. Train station is readily accessible and the access to the worlds coolest street is very good. The room is small and the mattress is quite hard - sort of like sleeping on a box spring. Room has a desktop which occupies space and is not necessarily handy

Very Nice location near multiple food spots and businesses. Room was great and very generous with the amenities. I recommend it if you are staying solo or with a duo. Staff were helpful when questions were asked. They are very strict on the 3pm check in but a generous check-out at 1pm. If you wish to check in right after your flight I recommend booking the night prior and let them know ahead of time. They provide luggage storage. Overall a Nice base if you plan to explore the neighborhood

Pros: - Great location - Good size room with bath tub, no wet room - Provide free water and snacks in the fridge - Comfy pillows and duvet, the mattress is a little on the hard side - Free snacks and drinks in reception, they have popcorn but nothing to put it in Cons: - Poor front desk, no interaction at all, no hi or anything Overall, I'd recommend this place.

I was originally assigned a room that smelt like someone had been smoking cigarettes in there for days, the bedsheets also smelt smokey and the room wasn’t very clean, with hair everywhere and dusty appliances. I later discovered that the cigarette smell was likely coming through the vents. I asked at to reception if I could switch rooms, but they advised they were sold out for the night but could make the change to a new room the next day. The new room was a lot better, through in both rooms the mattress was very hard. Hotel is in a good location, in between lots of attractions and places to eat.

Just upon stepping inside, we were greeted right away with a kind staff. Check in was so fast. Our room is equipped with everything you can think of that you need even to the smallest detail. It also conveniently located to restaurant, transportation, & tourist attractions. Will definitely be checking again to this location.

Great location near the metro, making it easy to get around, and reasonably priced for a six-night stay. The air conditioning worked well, and we appreciated the quiet alley and firm mattress. However, the overall experience was disappointing. Housekeeping was inconsistent, the room was not properly cleaned before our arrival, and the advertised 24-hour front desk was rarely available when we needed assistance. Noise from other guests who seemed to be there primarily to party was also an issue. I would not stay here with children. While the hotel was adequate for the price and convenient for transportation, the lack of guest service, cleanliness issues, and noise would prevent us from staying here again.

Staff are great, numerous dining options, 3-5 minute walk to the metro exit, and 15-minute walk to the palaces. Very reasonable price. I will book at this hotel again if I’m back in Seoul.

1 minutes walk from Jong-no 3-ga exit 5 of line 5!, 2 way ( via ground car park) to go into the heart of the hotel (need to search and don’t miss the light broad) Super convenient for transportation Line 3 and line 1 connected to line 5 Jongno 3-ga, so no need to exchange Airport by Arex express to Seoul station and then take Line 1 to hotel (At Seoul station, need to pass the orange gate and then go in the (non-red) gate again to line 1) Jongno 3-ga with many food / restaurant and happy to have dinner late after whole day and back to hotel shortly! Room come with water, snacks and drink in refrigerator and mini popcorn, toast and coffee at reception

Excellent hotel in the heart of Jongno. Even though it is a “love hotel” I didn’t get that vibe at all. The rooms were clean, spacious safe. Everything is pretty much right outside the hotel including tran stations. I loved our stay and it was very good value. I stayed here with 2 kids.

Nice and charmful room with its wooden ground. It has everything what you need for exploring Seoul. The location is fantastic! A few meters from the metro station „Jangno 3“, at the beginning of a Hanok market woth fancy and stylish restaurants and cafés and the palaces are easy reachable on foot. Helpful and friendly stuff and the room was super clean. Daily room-service, doesn‘t matter when you leave your room!
