The only good thing about this place is its location near bus stops and in the centre of Dongdaemun. But everything else is pretty bad. The room is tiny with no closets to hang clothes, and if you have suitcases, there's hardly any room to move around. The shower situation is weird because there's just a hose and you have to shower in the same space as the toilet, so everything (including your towels) gets wet. The bed is really hard and you can literally feel the springs poking you. Plus, they don't change the bed sheets at all even if you're staying for more than a week. You also have to get new towels yourself from the 3rd floor if you want fresh ones. The person at the front desk wasn't very friendly, maybe because they couldn't speak English well? On top of everything else, it's way too noisy. You can hear the guests next door talking, all the honking of cars, and even the sirens of police cars and ambulances outside. Overall, it wasn't a good experience, but we were so tired from our travels that we managed to sleep anyway.

シャワーとトイレは同室だけど、めちゃくちゃ狭いわけでもなく、圧もあるし熱い湯も出た！ 便座が冷たすぎて飛び上がるけどw 備え付けのドライヤーだったけど、風量もありました。12月の滞在でTシャツで寝れる！ 連泊の時はフロントにタオルやバスタオルがあるのでセルフで部屋へ。共用スペースにコーヒーあり。測りあり。 またとは言わないけど、どこも空きがなければまたここでもいいかなーという事感じ。安いし。

地下鉄で移動するのなら場所がとても便利で良い。シャワーは使わずに近くのスパ施設を使うことをおすすめ。 壁に蚊を潰した後の血の跡や、シーツも洗ってはあるけど汚れがあるので、気になる人は注意。

部屋に入った時点で蚊のような虫が5匹ほどいて捕まえる所から始まりました。口コミ通り風呂場はカビだらけだったので風呂場用スリッパと室内用スリッパを持参しました。　カードキーを抜いてしまうと電気が止まるため1枚は挿したままの方が冷蔵庫、風呂場の換気のために良いのかなと思う。綺麗好きな人にはおすすめしません。

チェックインに関する質問の回答は、催促しないと返事が来なくて不安ではありましたが、場所もわかりやすくて、便利でした。 6日間滞在だったので、洗濯をしましたが、乾燥機はないので、オープンスペースに少し干して、下着類は部屋に干しました。冷蔵庫はありましたが、本当に小さいのでたくさんは入れられません。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、小さい石鹸はあります。歯ブラシは持参しましょう。スリッパも古いので持参した方がよいです。ベッドの寝心地は悪くなかったです。ぐっすり休めました。壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋の音は、よく聞こえますが、ただ寝るだけなら、充分すぎるゲストハウスです。 朝食つきですが、食パン(バターとジャムあり)シリアル(牛乳とオレンジジュースあり)コーヒーもあります。食器は使ったら各自で洗います。バスタオルとフェイスタオルのサイズがあって、便利でした(韓国は小さいのが多いので、バスタオルはありがたかった) 帰宅後忘れ物をしたことを連絡しましたが、返信はありません。私が不注意で忘れたから仕方がないですが……また機会があれば、泊まりたいです。

立地と広さとコスパを考えるとまたリピートします（今回もリピートでした） 問屋街にも歩いていけるから東大門エリアの夜間買い物にすごく便利。複数の地下鉄線が近いのでどこにでも行きやすい。フロント階に30キロ測りがあるので荷物の増え過ぎも安心。フロントは韓国語英語中国語が通じ、日本語はダメみたい。そのせいか愛想なく見えるが、頑張って伝えようとしてくれてた。Wi-Fiあるので翻訳アプリで意思疎通できるし問題ない。 部屋は特に汚れもないし、シーツなどや浴室も綺麗に掃除されていた。机などは古さは否めないが、ゲストハウスだし十分。シャワーの温度や水圧も快適。浴室（二畳ほどののトイレと洗面台の部屋にシャワーがある）は広いが冬は壁のタイルや窓からの冷気が寒いので，近くの（ミリオレの地下の）スパレックスを利用がおすすめ。 部屋は，窓際ベッドだと冬は来季が寒い（配置上どうしても窓際は冷気が感覚は強いけど，部屋全体の暖房などはしっかり効くいている）。廊下や隣の部屋の音が結構聞こえるので気になる人は耳栓を。冷蔵庫は小さく、500のペットボトルを4本立てるといっぱい。開く側のポケットにパウチジュースを二つ入れれた。机にライトがないので資料を見るのはベッドの上になる。枕元に電気のスイッチ（やコンセント）がないので寝る時はドア付近まで行って電気を消す。など細かいことはちょいちょい便利とは言い難いことがある。 でもトータルで見ると、私には「優良案件」です。

部屋に髪の毛が落ちていたり、16:00頃にチェックインしたら清掃直後でシャールームがびちょびちょ、トイレもスリッパもびちょびちょ。 ホテルではないから仕方ないし、立地がいいから値段が高いのはある程度仕方ないと思うけど、いい気分ではなかった…

東大門区で遊ぶなら、立地良くて◯

夜遅くまで遊べるので東大門区に宿泊するのですが、今まての中では立地が良くてオススメです。 チムチルバンには、ラフな格好で歩きで行けるし、地下鉄にもバスにも乗りやすくてよかったです。

全体にきれいな施設で　バリアフリーも考えられています。 ただテレビのリモコンなのか　チャンネルは変えられず　次の日からテレビも見れなくなりました。 トイレとシャワーの事が気にはなってましたが　結構思ったより広くて　使いやすく感じました。朝食もパンとジャム　バター　２種類のシリアル　コーヒー　牛乳などもあり　シンプルでしたが　そう言った意味でもコスパが良いと思いました。交通の便も良かったです。

Auf den Bildern sah es ganz anders aus. Ich weiß nicht ob nur mein Zimmer so aussah, aber es war wirklich nicht schön. Viele flecke an der wand, teilweise eingerissen Tapeten.
